Service is horrible, They have Reserved tables which you can sit if the staff likes you. Not if you order food or anything, just if they know you and its about 30% of the tables on the patio. The waiter is rude and ordering a drink was like pulling his teeth. Took about 15 minutes to flag someone down to pay. Place looks amazing, but its one of those local spots where everyone is just rude.

Perfect! I am coming here for my lunch breaks, but Today Ive decided to get some pics and share my experience. The food is good, and the waiting time is understandable. Plus the menu and pricing are made for everybody's pocket. One thing, beside food, I really love the enterier design and decoration. Everything is matching with the name of the restaurant - Terra. I definetily recommend it!

Food is good, but having only one server on over 20 full tables. You do the math on wait time. (Btw - server was excellent, this is just an issue of bad management)

Loved the place, loved the food(we had pizza which was fresh and tasty, not the best I had in Sarajevo but one of the best ones), the coffee was also excellent. Waiter was very nice and helpful. Place looks lovely inside, and has a nice outside variant as well.

Poor service. Food arrived without half of the ingredients, I never ate worse pasta in my life. Completely tasteless. Pasta with gorgonzola, chicken and nuts, arrived only with chicken and plain cooking cream. When I asked the waiter about it, he was not interested to help at all but just said he thinks all the ingredients are there, and left. Only on second try, when I stopped him again after 20 mins, he took the plate back to the kitchen and they added a bit of missing ingredients. We had to look for him also in the end to pay the bill as he was never around. The ambient is amazing, and I just had bad luck with this completely uninterested waiter. I will give this place a second try.
