One of the best deals in Sarajevo, IMO. Super friendly staff, modern design, comfortable rooms/studios, amazing city view, parking space, short walking distance from the downtown,… I keep returning here and will, therefore, I would highly recommend this place to everyone who is planning to visit Sarajevo. Great hotel with excellent staff. Large rooms, nice views and a great top terrace. Also nice and central location up the hill, gives you a nice workout, after enjoying sweet Bosnian cakes and food 😀 I really don't understand some of the negative reviews here. So unfair. I will be happy to stay here again anytime.

I'm in room 39 this week. There's a machine on the fourth floor above me like a jacuzzi washing machine that's unbalanced that just grinds away and creates a low frequency vibration in the room. The hotels on a steep hill. There is road around the back of the hotel. According to the receptionist the noise is because there's a gas station on the top of the hotel. Every time they put gas in a car you hear it the pump in the room. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and that's the first one that's had a gas - petrol station on the roof.

I witch they had washing machines in the apartments. Also, it's uphill, so if you don't have a car, be ready.

Place is awesome. It is hotel buy they rent full apartments with the underground garage. Safe and neat place, fully equipped with all top notch furniture, electronics and amenities.

Very good place where you can get and has some air conditioner for all the rooms even the apartments they have to to air conditioner

I liked the hotel. The staff is very helpful and nice. Location is good,premises are nice,although,with few minor touches could be even better. Parking is good and secure. Anyway, recommended,will stay here again.

The best hotel in Satajevo! The staff is super friendly and professional, the receptionists speak perfect English and help with everything. The rooms are big, equipped with comfortable beds as well as all the facilities- modern TV with loads of channels, air conditioner, and kitchen equipment such as microwave, kettle, stove and cookware. The view from the window is stunning- you can see the center of Sarajevo. And it's even better from the terrace on the 5th floor. The whole hotel is very stylish, with modern design and everything is sparkling clean. The breakfast is amazing- fresh produce, delicious foods and great selection for every taste! Next time we are in Sarajevo, we will definitely will stay here!

Terrible hotel. We arrived directly and instead of 50-60 euros they charged us 75 euros for the room, when we paid and opened the curtains in the room we saw that it was a basement since the room was located in the ground, apparently that’s why it was shown with the curtains closed. They immediately asked us to return the money, but they refused to return the money to us, although 10 minutes had passed since the payment, I demanded to change the room since we came with a child and it was impossible to live in a cold room in the basement with a child. I was told that I still needed to pay 15 euros for a room on the first floor! It's smoky in the corridors on the floor above! They changed our room to another floor, supposedly this room costs 90 euros, but at booking their rooms cost 50-60 euros, just like at the reception, but we were tired from the road and didn’t see this! Not only were they cheated out of money, they refused to return the money! Terrible!

Great place to stay and staff was lovely. Breakfast buffet is good. Only thing missing was Bosnian Coffe.

It’s not bad Klein and the staff are friendly helpful, But the bed very small and the service in the room is very low quality and small overall it was nice

The hotel is 3 km away from City Center. It takes 30 minutes to walk, 6 minutes by taxi. But the hotel is build on a hill and is very hard to climb on foot. The rooms are clean, big enough. the braekfast is very good. Internet is average. The apart rooms have stove, boiler, microwave, refrigrator, a small kitchen and some cooking craft.

Very good location.15-20 min to old town Rooms a big, good for families, free parking, shoping centar nearby( across the river 5 min walk) with restorants on top and supermarket in the basement. Hotel stuff wery helpful and polite.

the location of the Apartment in the City Center of Sarajevo is wonderful and near the most areas you would like to visit. the largest apartment they have is having only 2 bedrooms and the beds are only queen. it is not suitable for 5 guests especially gulf families. however the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The apartment are very comfortable, quite brand new and clean. The receptionists are very clever and ready to solve any request you would ask for.

I wish it has a washing machine... Breakfast ends too early at 10 am ... Little late will be much better...

Excellent hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good location to see SJJ from high level. However, you should like walking to go up to reach location..😅

Rooms are new, clean and very BIG! Nice breakfast buffet, nothing fancy. Very nice underground parking which is hard to find in Sarajevo. Up a steep hill so if you are walking to the city be prepared. Location is alright, right next to the SCC, though a little far from Baščaršija (30min walking).
