I've stayed in these apartments for two years, last year was okay but this one the service was so horrid that I will not be going back. The women working there were so arrogant and rude, they seemed drunk. Privacy was always an issue, in some rooms people from the surrounding buildings can see you change. Literally the only good factor is the location, but it's not worth it. Please stay away from this place.

Incredibly poor service, rude staff, overpriced for what you get, no air conditioning, no food, cockroaches in the yard, everything is very loud, such a shame, if you have any other choice dont come here

Do not, under any circumstances, subject yourself to the misery that awaits within these apartments. From the moment I set foot in the building, I could sense an overwhelming aura of neglect and despair. The rooms were cramped and suffocating, with peeling paint and a distinct lack of maintenance. The plumbing was a nightmare, with leaky faucets and drains that backed up more frequently than not. The noise levels were unbearable, as thin walls provided zero insulation from the cacophony of neighbors' arguments and blaring music. ## The management was indifferent and unresponsive, turning a blind eye to the myriad issues that plagued the residents.## Save yourself the headache and seek refuge elsewhere, for this place is a breeding ground for frustration and disappointment. The place smells so disgraceful and ITS SOO HOT ITS UNBEARABLE !! NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN OR CHILDREN!! trash cans are filled with alcohol bottles everywhere its so hard

Rude employees, dirty rooms

every thing about the apartment was very nice.. modern new and clean place .. But there were few things made me not want to go back again: -the water heater was not working - the street is very close which is very noisy - the reception lady was very rude and racist.. she did not welcome me and my family and especially kids she said i hate them.. we stand there for an hour listening to offensive words from that unprofessional person .. That really ruined our stay ..

Clean accommodation close to the city center. On the day of the check-out my girlfriend felt quite unwell because of the food last day or a virus, and it was not an option for her to leave the room at 10 AM. Our landlady was very helpful and we could stay until midday free of charge. These 2 extra hours made possible for her to travel 8 hours to home by car. Therefore, we are really grateful for them :) . I suggest using the accommodation's own parking lot, which is closed by a gate and under video surveillance. However, parking on the narrow streets could be difficult.
