    We started our trip to Albania from this exceptional village and after almost two weeks of exploring many wonderful places we decided to also finish there. Everything thank to amazingly friendly Taverna’s owners, delicious and freshly homemade traditional food and not to forget about beautiful surroundings (and baby kittens ;) The rooms are very well equipped and have beautiful view on the mountains site. Looking forward to be back!

    The must to visit taverna in Albania. If you want to feel the true atmosphere and taste great local food - this is a place to be! We decided to stay two extra nights in Nivice and each time had a wonderful dinner in this place. Real 5 stars!

    The food is really delicious. Red and white wines are both biological. They have good prices. Don’t leave the Taverna Muzhaqi without trying specofagi (Greek traditional food). Your soul will get full from the view like in the paradise

    Little place up in the hills. It has a beautiful view of the surrounding valley. The waitress was attentive and very pleasant. Now the good parts....The food was great! Decently priced and good portions. There were a couple of cats laying around but not begging. Overall I would say we would definitely go there again. Oh yeah, get the hard baked cheese.

    This place at night has amazing atmosphere. The food is amazing. Me and my girlfriend tried baked cheese, pork, tzatziki, red wine, country salad and it was all amazing. But the prize goes to the grilled lamb racks. Service minded people work here. Will absolutely come back again. Will come back here.

    Really great place with homemade food, nice people attending and the best atmosphere I found during my trip. I found it by accident, but I can 100% recommend to visit it. Also the town is really cute with a great panorama view.

    This taverna is such a beautiful place with a nice look into the mountains while sitting under large trees. A fine brise made it even more comfortable. The food was very tasty with sweet details.

    Awesome taverna with excellent views in a nice and cozy garden. The food and service was good, prices are OK, homemade rakia is a killer, should try! The only star off was lots of wasps and huge hornets that appeared immediately… We wanted to go inside, but seating in the building wasn’t available on that day. That’s the only big downside for this place, rest is all much recommended!

    10/10 Delicious local restaurant. The food was incredible. Amazing views of the mountains. Cool atmosphere and vibe. Tried the tzatziki, spicy sausage, peppers with cream cheese, and stuffed eggplant. Food came out quick. Everything was fantastic. Driving up the road can be tricky but it's definitely worth it. Avoid the homemade wine!!

    Traditional Albanian tavern with delicious food, great atmosphere and service. The specialty of the kitchen are lamb chops which you shouldn't miss if you visit this area. The access to the tavern is a bit tricky with very steep hill, but follow the Google Maps recommendation because there are 2 roads access. Payment is possible only with cash, they accept € or $ if you don't have local currency.

    During our 5-days in the region of Saranda this restaurant was by far the best experience! The food was amazing and the view outstanding. We would really recommend going there.

    Exceptional place! Delicious local food, great atmosphere, friendly English speaking staff and wonderful views. All this in reasonable prices. Definitely worth to visit. There are some vegan and vegetarian options as well but limited (as in whole Albania)

    Great place, the grill lamb or pork pancetta were delicious. The sides dishes were tasty as well, as was the house red wine. Prices are fair for what you get. I can recommend!
