Martin and Barbie, the owners, are discriminating against customers who wear masks in their store. They refused us service because we said we feel more comfortable with them on. We were then cursed and forced out of the store. After we left the situation, Barbie came out and continued to record us even though we were leaving. She then insulted my wife and continued to harass us. We had to get the police involved in the situation. Please avoid this store at all cost. They even fat shammed my fiancée. This store is a disgrace. As you can see by the response to my review what kind of people these people are.

A week ago my friend and I visited this store and each of us bought a piece of jewelry. It was a reasonably pleasant experience (although I thought it was highly unusual that the salesperson brought up politics; unprofessional to say the least). After a week my friend’s ring was showing signs of wear and she went back to the store. The salesman was incredibly rude- condescending and demeaning to her, as was his wife, yelling at my friend and telling her to leave the store. My friend stood her ground and threatened to call the police and at this point she was begrudgingly given a new ring. These people should NOT be in business as they certainly do not know how to treat customers in a respectful manner; never mind standing behind the products they sell!! I would give them a zero rating if I could.

Very impressed with their products. The one one my ring finger is a real Diamond. Theirs is on my middle finger. I purchased their ring about a year ago. This picture was this morning, comparing the 2 rings. Would recommend this shop. I’ve read some of the comments and some disagree with their “RIGHT” of freedom of speech. To me this is really no different then “Gay Pride” everywhere, or advertisement to support Black owned businesses. This is AMERICA. Be kind no matter what, if their political affiliation offends you shop somewhere else. It’s okay to agree to disagree, that’s why this country is the greatest ever!!! Enjoy your freedoms!!!

8 of us were on a girls trip with the intention of each buying a nice piece of jewelry. We were greeted with radical Trump signs and extreme political jargon. Let’s just say they lost out on several thousand dollars in sales that were spent in another, extremely professional business. As we walked out, 3 other women saw the extreme political propaganda. They turned around at the door and left, as well.Trumps indictment will hopefully calm the cult.

Used to stop by annually to buy wife a new addition to her jewelry collection. As we are walking in we see derogatory Go Brandon sign in doorway. How moronic that owner is so disrespectful to president. Never will visit again.

Horrible experience with the owners of the store. They insulted my children and were mean to my kids for no reason. They are highly opinionated and spoke Disrespectfully to my group. Siesta Key is an awesome place with friendly people but this place is not one of them. Avoid them!

I love my "Rinna" ring as I fondly named it. I wear it all the time and am complimented on it constantly. Stayed in the store for a long time just chatting. Great couple of new friends and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I bought two beautiful toe rings today from this jewelry store! I love them, they are amazing quality. They had a variety of different jewelry and the prices were great! The owner actually helped us today, ( I did not catch his name, my apologies) and he was very accommodating and told us the story of the generations on how the buisness started, very interesting! So, now I take home my jewelry and the memories of Siesta Key with me and I will be back for more!!!!! I would recommend to anyone to definitely stop in and look around and purchase a piece of jewelry with confidence knowing it will last because of the quality!!!!

Stopped into this store with my boyfriend and purchased a pair of the lab created diamond earrings. I absolutely love them, they are so sparkly & were very well priced. HIGHLY recommend this store! 🌟

On vacation and wife breaks her necklace ,we go into Created Gems and are welcomed by wonderful people. Such very nice people. The service is amazing. Prices are excellent as well. Military and First Responder discounts.

My daughter and I stopped by to get some Jewlery to remember our trip. The gal who formerly worked for a police dept helped us and she was lovely! We are actually going back tomorrow for one more pair of earrings.
