My husband and I recently moved into Sur Club and are thrilled that we decided to make it our home! It is an absolute dream living here. Back when we were apartment hunting, Janessa toured us. She was full of great information, answered all of our questions, and did not pressure us the way most apartments do. (I work in the real estate industry myself, so I really appreciated that.) We saw a few more places, but honestly, nothing compares to Sur Club when it comes to location, amenities, quality, and staff. Janessa, Jenice, and Garrett have all been instrumental in helping us get settled in and have answered our many questions. Our dog gets a ton of exercise thanks to the onsite dog park(s) - there's a huge section of the dog park and a smaller section as well. There is a large dog-washing station located at the dog parks which is so nice to use before going upstairs if our dog gets dirty from playing. We use the resort-style pools almost every day, which are always sparkling clean - every morning I see staff out there cleaning and maintaining the pools and surrounding areas. Gym is clean, has great equipment, and is never packed. Parking garage feels secure. We didn't pay extra for an assigned spot, and have never had an issue finding an open space on our floor. The apartment itself is gorgeous - the finishes, balcony, appliances, etc. Units are huge (we're in a 2BR 2BA) - the walk-in closet is massive and there is plenty of storage. When my dad (who is a contractor) helped us move in, he noticed that the buildings are extremely well-built and they didn't cut any corners when it came to construction which is so important. Maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner - Juan is extremely professional and great at his job. Located in the "Skyway Marina District" it seems the area is up-and-coming. We love that we're ~7 minutes from downtown St. Pete (where apartments are much more expensive AND super run-down), and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. There's an Aldi located right next door, Walmart across the street, and Publix less than 5 minutes down the road. The only downside is hearing our upstairs neighbors' footsteps around bedtime, but this is generally to be expected when it comes to apartment-living. Sur Club really IS as wonderful as it looks online, (which is rare)!

The team truly embodies the term support your local businesses. If your looking for a community that's filled with positive energy, fun, laughter and some delicious food.......Well look no further Sur Club Apartments is now your new home.

We are going into our third year here at the Sur Club so I’m sure that says a lot. We love the convenient location, the amenities, the community events… but mostly, the staff is what makes this place really outshine most other places we have rented before. The staff really does go above and beyond to make the Sur Club HOME. They are all great, especially Garrett. I love going to him with anything I need because I know he’s going to take care of us in a prompt and courteous manner. He’s literally the best! We are truly happy to call the Sur Club our home.

My sister and I were there this past weekend inquiring about an apartment. Garret was very helpful in showing us around and explaining everything to us. The apartments we were shown were amazing and the grounds were impeccable!! Thank you for taking such good care of us and our many questions!

I own the food trailer business Loco Mofongo. We were here last night serving our food to this amazing community. We had an amazing turn out and the people enjoyed our food and service. I moved here back in April of 2023 blind, never walked the property but Janessa made sure I was extremely comfortable with everything. She took the time to Facetime me through the building and show me a similar unit. Moving in I was wow'd that they really do embrace Resort Style Living. Now move forward to September 2023, Garrett made a transfer from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom quick simple and painless and within 3 days time before a new month. Both Janessa and Garrett's attention to detail and amazing service made it quick, simple, and easy to make this move and extend living here for another year. Thank you to both of you and the rest of the team that made everything happen!

Just moved out after three years to a house l. Great place. Pool and gym are awesome. Staff and maintenance people all really cool. It’s close to Gulfport, beach, and downtown. If you are just moving to Saint Pete this is the best location to be in the center close to everything.

I absolutely love living here! My dog really enjoys playing in the dog park. Janessa and Garrett always greet me when I come in and play with my dog! This is the true definition of resort styled living :)

as an brand new resident, I’m blown away by how thoughtful and accommodating the staff are. Garrett and his colleagues are reason enough to move into this great community. They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my place Luxury living at a great price.

Just renewed my lease, this complex has everything that you will need or want. Great staff who always greets me in the morning when I grab coffee. Janessa and Garrett are always very helpful. James was amazing during the renewal process!

I have absolutely loved living here! its truly like living at a resort. We have two pools and a game room… what more can you ask for?? Janessa and Garret are great! Always so nice and helpful and you can tell they truly care about the residents. The maintenance crew is also great and have done such a fantastic job. 10/10 recommend living here (:
