Dr. Conrad seems to be a competent practicioner. (I say that this way because I had one simple procedure and it went well). She has a pleasing personality and values the comfort of the patient. However, the follow-through between herself and the front desk just didn’t seem to be smooth. There was confusion about the bill and there were no follow up instructions regarding some of the issues we had discussed while I was in the chair. I was not told the total cost of my visit upfront. When asked to complete a survey I asked if I could speak to the doctor first to clear up some of this and was never put in touch with her. All in all, it was a mixed experience. I don’t appreciate being asked to leave a five star review and,at the same time, not being able to discuss my experience.

She charged $510 to look at my teeth. They did clean them. Later that day I realized my permanent retainer was no longer attached to 2 of my teeth. I called many times to make a follow up appointment. Often it would just ring and ring, other times I would listen to to a long message so I could leave a message then the machine would tell me it was full. She also told me I needed much dental work. Yet I have not heard from her.

Beautiful office , unfortunately they need some help to run the office. Got APPOINTMENT for cleaning, 5 min before my appointment they called me let me know i need to reschedule, they don't have a permanent dental hygienist yet i called back 3 time , i been told the office manager will call to reschedule my appointment. Never got a phone call back to reschedule.

Going to the dentist has never been something I looked forward to, however I am glad I found My Sparkling Smile! As a new patient, they took such good care of me and I'm ecstatic that I finally found a reliable place to take care of my teeth. Thanks to the wonderful hygienist and Dr. Conrad's care!

So far, I'm not so satisfied. I don't know why I left my old practice, but I was told great things. She is good. But There's always a rush or they're behind. She doesn't state that she's finished from a certain standpoint, someone else will be taking over. She just leaves the room? NO, "nice seeing you my hygenist will take it from here". She gets up & walks out. No explaination. You call the office, leave messages & never a return call. You call in the morning, no one picks up. Still fairly new practice, and staff is always changing. I'm torn with being happy with her work but disappointed with communication between Dr. , a hygienist or evenna receptionist. Dentistry isn't cheap. If you're just looking for a family dentist and annual check ups, she's for you.

I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist as I do with Dr Conrad and her staff. They are true perfectionist, go over and above, and very professional. Their office setting is so relaxing. I love going to my dentist. Can't say enough good things about them.

Went to see Dr Conrad with my daughter for her first appointment. Everyone was friendly and made the experience easy and pleasant. Dr Conrad took the time to explain everything to my daughter as well as discussing goals for oral health in the future. I highly recommend this office

Dr. Lori Conrad is an excellent dentist. She and her staff always make me fell comfortable, and put me at ease. One of the best dentists I've ever had.
