Store was at good location and staff was well behave and knowledgeable with courteous service. The jewellery melting and exchange process was smooth n transparent as well. I gave an order on the store for the new jewellery make (mangalsutra). There was no prompt response of the same post a month has past. After few follow ups they were able to recognize the order and were able to tell status of same. While making an order for which we paid around 90% upfront for the jewellery, 5% discount over the making charge was committed. After the above mentioned follow ups, they gave us date by which the order can be received by us. Then a call from them came stating altjough you can pick the order on the date that we told you but if you come after 4 days will be giving you discount. When we went over there they said another better discount is coming so you can opt to make final billing 2 days later with better discount. When they have asked to come over to store after waiting 4 days for final billing and pickup if the jewellery they could have easily called us to mention about this new offer coming 2 days later. Complete irresponsible behavior costed me wastage of my time and my conveyance money. Also, turned out the discount they were offering on the day(4th day) when we went onto store was the same initial discount that they comitted to us while taking an order. Such a cheat guys. Nazia and Kesari were the sales person coordinating with us. On the final day(6th day) of billing, I was having 5k instant discount coupon which they told they cannot apply as they need to verify its authenticity which takes another 24hrs. Almost everytime I went to billing counter on my visits (3 times, not including final billing day), I have mentioned about this coupon. Even the person in billing counter has checked the same and acknowledged it. No one mentioned me about this. Even I sent an email with coupon attached while I gave the order which was around 40 days back and no one mentioned this condition. Completely hopeless guys. Also just felt like mentioning - It took them around 2 hrs to make one single bill. I have been customer of Tanishq for around more than 15 yrs now but haven't seen such worst customer service of Tanishq store. Beware people - You can trust product as it is Tata but this store sales representative are completely hopeless.
