The interaction of the staff with customer is very rude. It's like you the customer should be greatful that they are allowed to visit the shop. I have already complaint higher authorities and will seek strict action on disciplinary grounds.

Great, Innovative and amazing designs. But the staff needs to learn a bit of professionalism. We were standing idle in the store for about 10 mins and no one attended or even acknowledged us. The only reason I am giving a 5 star because they had amazing collection

Me and my mother went to caratlane on 26th Oct 2023 to talk about a ring I received as a gift. But the lady employee was rude to us and behaved as if we couldn't afford anything. Both my mother and I are doctors and after recieving such harsh treatment from your female employee I would never suggest anyone to buy anything from caratlane.

Good light weight collection. Good for office and daily wear. Must visit. The guy who showed me the ornaments (sales man) was efficient and took efforts to show and help me select my ornaments.

Caratlane, the designer jewellery shop. The overall experience here was awesome, but in my point of view this place is awesome for modern jewellery shopping. Probably not a good place for traditional jewellery shopping.

Sales staff here are really courteous and helpful. Unlike the staff of Tanishq and Chaganlal Dayaljee, sales people at Caratlane really listened to us and assisted us by displaying what we were asking for. Collection at Caratlane is also way more trendy and choosable. We had a nice time shopping here and will visit this store again.
