I enjoyed shopping at City Kart and used to shop here many times. But, the prices are more higher than last year compared to the product quality. From my point of view, every mall should have a proper dustbin at every floor. The employees keep following me even when I said I don't need help, I was not gonna steal some clothes. 😂

This is just average, like the price is low for sure but the quality is compromised at a great extent. So it's like purchase at your risk kind of case.

Today I went to Sigra branch of City cart....... Worst behaviour of employee who sit on the cash counter....I was standing at the cash counter for the last 15 minutes but Instead of billing me, he started billing that man, then he stood behind me and started arguing that the man who came first.I immediately left all the clothes, left from there. Such men should not be allowed to stand at the cash counter. Such people should be fired immediately who do not have manners to talk to customers.

Some old and damaged product also sone in front they don't remove thair damaged product from front.

It's good for temporary stuff . Like when you wanna buy something in bulk . Because the rates are cheaper . Otherwise I don't find the products upto the mark for my personal use

Pathetic bill desk and inventory management. You just pick an item and stand in queue for 15-20 minutes.Thereafter they will tell you that the item being displayed is not in stock so bill can not be generated.Also it takes atleast 10 minutes per person. They should train their staff.
