The most pathetic and unprofessional hospital and doctors. I had the worst experience and I would suggest not to go there, it's just a waste of time and money. I saw all the positive reviews and decided to give them a shot but I regret my decision so much. I have never been to such a unkempt hospital with shabby doctors and inexperienced receptionists. Both the gynecologist and pediatrician are amateurs and take fees from patients as if they are the most professional doctors ever. There is no time management and all they do is collect patients and make them wait so that Their clinic looks full. I would seriously suggest not to go their because you'll just be wasting your energy and money.

It seems we were lucky to meet Dr. Mamta Singh, as per our experience it seems she is the best one in Varanasi but I would also say one of the best in India to guide someone in the right direction as per one requirement She is very quick to understand the problem and treat accordingly And the best part she is very clear at the time of treatment by explaining everything very clear to all her patients. I had worse experience ever. I don't even want to give 1 star. I saw the review and went there but later I regretted so much. If you are going for the first time you will have to pay highly and wait for unlimited time(atleast 5 hours) because they take care of their existing petient first even if they come after you for the check-up and if you ask the same to receptionist, then the doctor(Mamata) will treat you badly. They were so unprofessional.

In truely i can't find words to thank Dr Mamta Singh. The way mam gave treatment to my wife was great. There was a lot of problem started from the begining of the pregnancy and throughout all over 9 months. We saw so many ups and down but we had faith in Mam and she brilliantly responded. We have blessed with a sweet baby girl. This could only be possible by Mam's excellent treatment. A great experience. A lot of thanks and best wishes from me and my family.

When I visited for the first time it was informed by Receptionist that Madam does not take up unbooked patients, But I tried my luck and requested Madam to take up , Madam agreed, I feel today that I am the luckiest as the result I got is more than my expectations. I will just conclude that she is ultimate. Later on I came to know that she is not only strong God believer but throughout toppers in board and Medical University in her academics. I just can't describe her qualities in words over here. Thanks to God to make me meet her in my life.

I was admitted here in very critical situation but under care and treatment by Dr. Mamta Singh and her team, me and my newborn is totally fine and healthy. I am really thankful of her that she taken my emargency situation with best of her knowledge and experience.

Finally time management problem is sorted out here with online appointment and status tracking which is really saving our time , Earlier I had to wait for 3 to 4 hours. I had 3 Miss carriages in 2 years of my wedding life and each conception was different than the other.It was very much disheartened, disturbing and broken me down emotionally and mentally.I have been visited to Dr.Mumta Singh in 2021 and with all the reasonable analysis, examination and treatment she led me to the path of Motherhood successfully. 1st July 2022 I have delivered a baby boy.She is a great Doctor with good acknowledgement and high experience command.

I am giving one star because: 1). The average waiting time is 4-5 hours, if you are pregnant, you will get exhausted like hell. I am 9 weeks pregnant, I have UTI and had backache, I told staff but they were not considerate, I waited 3 hours for consultation followed by 1:30-2 hours to show my Urine Rountine microscopy report to doctor. My consultation lasted for like only 10 mins total, and it was my first visit! 2). Doctor doesn't give much time, no personalised treatment, you can get it at any private clinic. Nothing special. LESSON LEARNED: Never go by GOOGLE REVIEWS! FYI: My review is not fabricated.

finally 9 month time cycle is over but for us it was 12 month engagement with Dr. Mamta Singh, now when I am looking back and analysing i find few things that's help me within this time period or you can say it's revind 2022 for us ⏪😊 1st when I visited the Peace Point hospital my thought was way this doctor is taking that much time it's too much waiting time but after meeting with Dr. Mamta Singh I realaze she is taking time to get to know your all the problems and then she will help you to resolve all the problems one by one so that it will be easy for us😊. You cannot do everything single handedly doesn't matter who you are...for that you need group of good and polite people in your team to do everything in a good way Dr. Mamta has a great team around her. Now Economically it's depends on your financial condition but may saying is whatever you get changed here that will be much fair compared to few other big known hospitals or doctors, what I liked here is Honesty you will not get charged indirectly by any means. We have been consulting mam since December 2019, from day 1 of my wife's pregnancy. It was a great experience for us. Mam helped us alot with her advices and important information throughout this period. During lockdown mam was available 24x7 over whatsapp chat and phone calls. Since this was our first child and we were pretty nervous about this so we decided to go for c-section but mam advised us to go for normal delivery explaining the benefits of normal delivery. However the same was not possible due to some reasons. My wife was admitted to the hospital on 29th Aug and we are blessed with a cute and sweet baby boy. Mam used to visit twice a day throughout our stay in hospital and gave us all the advises necessary for new mother. She cleared all our doubts and silly questions. The thing which I admire the most is that mam never asks for unnecessary medical tests and ultrasounds neither she gave any unnecessary medications during the pregnancy. Apart of this, all the hospital staffs are so cooperative and knowledgeable that it touched my heart. Continuous followup was done by them throughout the day. They never bother about timing, be it day or any time in night they are always there to help and support. The hospital premises is so clean and tidy that you will fell like at home. My experience with Dr. Mamta singh was very positive as I came to mam with infertility case and got treated very well. And I got pregnent and my whole pregnancy was not smooth there is many ups and downs in every visit but mam handled it very nicely. And now a have my baby with me and i am very thankful to mam. She is the best gynecologists and infertility expert I know .

Appointment tracking and waiting time management is best in this hospital if you take prior appointment otherwise you have to wait for more than 2hours . This kind of online appointment for offline consultation is not available anywhere else . Really best in varanasi with caring doctors here
