    God, this institute just changed my lifee not only made me manage my mental peace but also gave me alot of strength in terms of physical health as well as helped me control my emotions, this whole experience was divine in its own way, they taught uss not only a number of aasans, meditative practices as well as acupressure techniques which changed my lifestyle, if u r willing to join a yoga institute and was looking for a good one this is perfect for u....after completing they will provide you a certificate which has its own great importance in future....
