    Requested to attend our fridge complaint which is under warrant. It's repaired in 20 days after repeated calling and thorough follow up. Struggled in peak summer without fridge. Pity thing is even after receiving the spare part to kakinada center, they have taken 6 days to replace it...most irresponsible people and service.

    Worst service for the customer by Samsung I am call rapidly from a week they are telling the engineer to come now after a hour but there is no service . Please don't choose this type of brand for facing problems like me.

    Very bad experience, manager blocked my number and did not lift any of my calls. The recipients are very rude. When I asked the timings to come, the recipent asked"why do you need the timings?" They also replaced my fridge and sent a diffective piece.
