Took the kids. Bacon cheeseburger was good. Chicken strip and a kids burger went over well. Overall not a bad experience and a decent price.

Have to love getting a small child's handful of sweet potato fries I pay an extra $1.49 for. C'mon... I don't think we are ordering from here anymore. Too many mistakes happen with our food at this location, about 50% of the time. If you want a roll of the dice on if something is going to be wrong, order here.

I'm a Red Robin fan. Tried their Scorpion Pepper burger last week and it was delicious! Service was friendly and there was not a long wait.

No staff , waited 30 minutes for the few tables that they were using. Had to ask for drink refills and bottomless fries. Got our fries after we were done with our burgers. Food was good when we finally got it. Took up way to much of my day for a burger. Don't go here often but probably won't return. Gave three stars because food was good

This was one of the cleanest places I have been since covid started! They had far spaced tabling and everyone was masked and hand sanitizer before checking on other tables. Food was also fresh and hot! Love the fried pickles too! Thanks for the great meal!

One great thing about Red Robin is the service. I have always had top-notch customer service since the day I started eating here. They took my favorite item off the menu so I am now forced to try to new things, but for the most part this restaurant has excellent food and a good variety to choose from. They also have the ability to pay electronically at the tables so that you can finish your business and get to your next order of business.

This is a great place to eat. Friendly staff, good food and great hours. When everyone else is rolling up at 9pm they're open late. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of how cold it is in the restaurant. The food comes out hot and steaming but the cold air blowing down from above makes everything cold before you're half way through the meal. I've gone at different times and sat in different areas with the same results. But I can only eat so fast! Never had a bad meal and I'll keep going back.

always great. make sure to sign up for their rewards, you'll get free birthday burger! and a free tenth burger too with constant specials and deals for rewards members. the reason for four stars just recently i ordered a burger and it came out wrong, I knew i ordered it one way without cheese and the sauce, but they put it on. could just be a miss hap because this usually never happens, but i hate sending food back so i didn't say anything, im sure they would have fixed it in a heartbeat

Currently sitting at my table writing this review because I didn’t want to forget to write it because the staff at this location should know how well they are doing. It was wonderful seeing a manager on the floor helping, he was great with his table touches. The waiting staff was lovely, our waitress asked if we needed anything and at first I said no but tried to flag her down ( she didn’t hear me) but another waitress did and offered her help. Love that she didn’t have the “not my customer not my problem attitude”. Even the host was delightful, he gave us a giggle. Food was good, we received it within a reasonable time. But the staff is really what sold it. Good job to the night staff that worked 06/19/22.

Nice clean store. Alex was a great server. He was attentive but not annoying. The food was very good and served quickly although I requested crispy bacon on my Smoke and Pepper burger and it wasn't crispy but Alex checked on us just after we got our food and corrected it immediately. The restrooms were clean and well maintained.

The management and the waitresses were very accommodating with all of the things that were going on trying to make my friend's birthday in California the best that it could be considering it maybe her last birthday with us. Definitely made us feel very welcome and helpful with the situations that were going on. Our waitress kept coming back and checking making sure everything was okay.

My wife and I visit thus Red Robin from time to time and it's always good food. The service is also great. We tried the pretzel bites with beer cheese dip. It was amazing. I almost thought about making it my meal. The burgers are always good too. Great assortment of burgers styles. Also got the sweet potato fries and o e of the employees suggested a Carmel dip for the fries. You wouldn't think it would be good bit it is very good.

Visited late and was served cold, disappointing fries. My burger also was missing the crispy fried onions it was supposed to have. Other than that, service was pretty good and the pretzel bites were delicious.

Burgers was just ok but the chicken salad was awesome it was huge and the chicken sandwich was good our waiter was very forgetful but he still got a good tip just a little put off to have to keep asking for our food he forgot and drinks we should have tipped way less the garlic cheese fries was good

Great food, great drinks, great service. It was a perfect place to relax and cool down after all day at the zoo. I tried the new Cheesy Bacon Fondue Burger and the Tito's Blue Chill (2 actually), and both were fantastic.

Our Waitress was absolutely AMAZING. 💯 She deserves a raise and a promotion. Super attentive and completely professional. She definitely knew how to read the room, and she was the best wait staff we've had in a long while. One of the best RR restaurants in the entire country, IMHO. 10☆/10☆.

Red Robin is very accommodating, I'm trying to cut bread and lower my carbs and this is the place to come to. I usually have a lettuce wrap bacon burger, broccoli, and a side salad. It is so satisfying and delicious! I stay between Papillion and San Antonio until I permanently move back to San Antonio so I frequent the Red Robin's in both places. I must say that as someone who eats out a lot, I experience all kinds of service, some bad, some good. However, Red Robin must have an excellent training program because their service is exceptional in both of the Red Robins that I frequent. I had to ask for the manager in San Antonio to let him know that I noticed one of his employees busting their tail off as he bussed tables. He was a kid who looked no older than 16 and he gave me hope for our future. What a wonderful example he was! One last thing I want to add is that I'm not really big on burgers, but I do love Red Robins and it is a treat for me to visit

The food was really good. The drinks were ok... I had a frozen margarita, no a lot of flavor, mostly ice with chunks of strawberries.

Didn’t receive great service. We arrived at 4pm or so, it was not busy at all. We had to look at the hours to ensure they were open because the lot was empty. We were not checked on, had to wave her down for service. Just overall not happy with her service. She was VERY nice and promptly brought what we requested. Fries were awful the first go around. I wish instead of scrapping the bottom of the barrel for the rest of the dried out disgusting fries and serving them to customers, they would just throw them away knowing how gross they are.

This used to be of our go-to restaurants for a quick dinner out, but the speed and quality of this location have declined. We keep trying here and there in hopes that things will improve, but the last several times we've gone, the servers have been stretched too thin to provide quick service. There have also been errors with our order on the last three occasions, which were corrected, but it's disappointing when one person is waiting while the rest of the party eats. I'm afraid this location may have passed a tipping point.

We came to Red Robin on a Friday evening. Food was great except for the kids pizza which was burnt— but they graciously removed it from our tab. Service was great once it began but there was a long period after we were seated on which no server came at all. After I went and inquired what was going on with that, a server came quite soon and we had a great experience from there on.

Good service, friendly, helpful waitress. The restaurant is dirty. The walls are sticky, and the sides of the tables, chairs, and booths are coated with grimy film. There are bits and splatters of unknown sauce on the walls. In need of a deep clean and better housekeeping practices... Again, the staff was nice. The atmosphere makes you feel like you need a shower after you walk out of there...

The food here is great but the waitress at the end was very rude! The thing on the table where you are supposed to pay did not work, so I had to go and find the waitress. Apparently that is rude and she kept telling me I was rude over and over and over again. I told her that I was sorry but she kept telling me I was rude! I never felt so insulted, it was not my fault that the thing on the table did not work and that I had to go and find her so I could pay my bill!!! I still gave her a nice tip but she did not deserve it for treating me the way she did!!!

Food is always good, service usually is also, but on our last trip, we saw our waitress only twice, when she took our order and broughtour food. No asking if we wanted refills for drinks. It was not a busy time. Normally we have excellent service, just not this time.

Had two dark hairs in a friend's burger, we were compensated but the fact they don't wear hair nets concerns me. No manager came to the table either. They took off the burger meal and gave us a new one, but had to take it to go. As we were finished with meals. Will we be back.... doubtful.

It was dirty / greasy on commonly touched surfaces. Like someone used a dirty rag to clean. The food was very bland and no flavor. My burger look under cooked. The glasses for drinks looked cloudy and greasy as well. Not even the slightest pleased. It was a waist of money.

I try really hard to be an easy customer, not demanding but it's not great when you have to wait forever for a refill or to get extra napkins. The wait staff was really friendly when they were around though. The fries were pretty old and tough.

Always amazing service but today we waitied 20 minutes to be seated and another 15 minutes even after we talked to the manager. We ended up leaving. There's no sense of teamwork. Won't be coming here again anytime soon. Hoping teamwork between coworkers can improve.

Not very good quality from this location. I order through grubhub and I understand it wont be as good as in person but this is twice now I get an order with absurd amount of sauce and a very soggy bun- that's not a gourmet burger in any way. One of the fries was cold in the middle, I actually got a little sick as well. Not good quality- not worth the money in my opinion.
