    Obviously it is a car dealership and the main mission is to SELL...the sellers are in fact kind and affable when you show up and intend to buy a car...so far so good...the problems arise when even if you are a customer from many years and you have always been punctual with payments and with car servicing if you have a problem and ask for advice or urgent intervention from the workshop because the problem is serious... here comes the problem, in fact everyone is very busy and they don't even have time to call you if you want information on the car you are forced to call or send messages and they show up maybe the next day... and to get an appointment for the workshop it can take up to 2 weeks or even more if you have a serious problem and only have one car available to go to work. Here it would be better if there were more attention for customers not just to sell them a car... because customers are the best advertising for a company... I think that if there was another Volkswagen dealer in La Spezia the situation would be different and they would be more careful to good customers so as not to lose them!

    I went to this dealership with my girlfriend on a Sunday afternoon during the "open doors" event. The establishment includes the car dealership and the authorized workshop. Upon our entry we were greeted very warmly. The employee showed us the car on display, focusing on all aspects. Even from an economic point of view he tried to accommodate us as much as possible. We appreciated the seller's kindness and sincerity so much that we decided to buy the car we wanted.

    Tutto bene! This small but nice car repair shop was of great help to us as foreign tourists (without any significant knowledge of Italian) on vacation. Highly recommended if the worst comes to the worst! The VW service put us there and further communication went via English emails without any major problems or delays. It is understandable that a diagnosis takes a few days. It was a shame that they couldn't offer us a replacement car in the meantime. At least, unlike some German workshops, they had the appropriate spare parts in stock and were able to repair our car even faster than originally planned. This meant that the car did not have to be laboriously transported back to Germany. The vacation was a bit bumpy, but at least we were able to enjoy a week in the beautiful region with our own, freshly repaired car. Grazie per l'aiuto e auguroni!

    Good morning, I purchased a car from Autoligure and it was my first experience with this dealership. Mr. followed me in the sales negotiation. Matteo Bernardini who I met inside the dealership. I must express my gratitude to this person who was able to advise me excellently on the version of the car, its trim levels, engines and on the optional equipment to add to the car. Furthermore, his level of preparation (very high), friendliness and kindness made me completely informed and satisfied with the negotiation, having clearly explained to me all the functions, technical characteristics and prices of the machine. The car runs great and I am very happy. I sincerely thank this seller for what he has done and all the staff who followed me when I went to collect the car, clearly explaining the car's functions, so that I could leave feeling confident.     If I could give 0 stars I would, too bad it can't be done! Probably the worst customer service I've ever had, total carelessness and indifference. After I went to them 4 times for a car breakdown (under warranty) they still haven't solved anything, they haven't even touched the car, they should be reported, but I'll just say that they should simply change jobs. If you need to do some work or buy your new car, be completely wary and go to Brotini or Zammori, they are far more competent than them!

    No help. It just doesn't work. VW emergency call had our T5 towed there. 1 hour before the end of the day you couldn't check anymore. No diagnosis possible within 5 days, only excuses. The car had to be transported to Germany and repaired there. Problem: Defective temperature sensor for €200 and 1 hour repair time. Transport and rental car costs??? Kinky vacation. 0 stars if I could.

    Absolutely fantastic service. We had a side window issue when on holiday from England. The team were so helpful. They got an England speaking colleague to help and everything was sorted for us and really quickly too. We were very impressed and extremely grateful. We would definitely recommend them.

    Very bad experience. I'm truly speechless. Not very reliable and the customer is not followed up. Only problems and they are only good at talking. Few facts. Trust other dealers! Never again.
