As I sent someone to stay there for a company, they were not warned that half the hotel had notes on the window saying it was unsanitary for stay, we were not warned about bed bugs or cockroaches, so my employee did not want to stay there, asked for money back refused to give back money and manager started screaming at me on the phone. And said they would then charge me extra for parking. If you are looking to stay here don't. Employees very rude and when the hotel has health inspector notes on the window unsanitary for stay just 3 words Don't do it!!

Very poor upkept, staff are under paid and abused by owner, cockroach infested, would not recommend to stay there.

We just find this place tru google since were not from this province. We had a terrible service.. Around 5:50 in the morning someone broke in to the mirror of vehicle outside. We call the police for help- but the worst thing- front service still sleeping we could not get inside to ask help.When we check out we told the receptionist the incident happen. He said he has nothing to do since it’s not their responsibility. “ They dont even apologize for what had happen inside their premises “ Waiting for an hour for the manager to show up- but they kept saying” he will be coming around 10AM- which i told him couldn’t wait for that since we need to work by 7AM.Terrible Service I don’t Recommend this place for those coming outside the city.

This place should be condemned by the health board. Dead bug on the night stand just after we checked in...carpet in room needs replacing, paint on ceiling peeling from obvious water leaks...tube tv with 6 channels - no remote control...5 minutes for the hot water to show up for the shower.....didn't even bother with the breakfast in the morning...

Cockroaches in room #124 told front desk they "checked" room insisted there were no cockroaches and called me a liar. Disrespectful employees, yelled at me said I was trying to con them "there were no cockroaches" then continued to talk to each other in a different language so I couldn't understand what they were saying about me... Wouldn't give me refund or let me switch rooms (not that moving rooms would help that place was disgusting) paid for one night only stayed in room a couple hours and then packed up and slept in truck... would rather sleep in my truck than stay in that disgusting place, never again. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

There isn't an option that will allow me to put less than one star. I'd probably give it a firm quarter of a star, because it was actually quite inexpensive. That's only if the owner isn't trying to screw you over by changing the price every other day. He has a strange way of managing the place... Mainly by insulting his employees, screaming at them or swearing at the customers. Other than the blood stained carpets, cockroaches and overwhelming feeling that you literally might get shot or mugged, it actually has quite the 'home' feel to it. Don't worry about that other stuff though, the police basically never leave the parking lot, so it's pretty safe.

If I could give a zero star review, I would. The pictures online are deceiving, the hotel looks NOTHING like them. Filthy room. Holes in walls. Hookers working out of the lobby... the owner knew them by name and said nothing when they propositioned my husband. We were there for an hour and found bedbugs. Promptly left and were told that there were no refunds. Thank goodness I booked through Expedia, they kindly made an exception and I got my money back. DO NOT STAY HERE! EVER!!! Even if it is the last hotel available, you're better off sleeping in your car. I've slept in some sketchy hotels, but this is by far, hands-down, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life.

Cockroach motel. So gross. When we pointed it out to the staff, he offered us nothing by way of customer satisfaction. He also didnt seem surprised at all.

The price was great, I would for sure come back. The breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel, fresh made rather than a buffet. The staff were friendly and very helpful, always with smiles. The pool was being renovated so didn't get the chance to use it. The room was decent, need updating but they are comfortable and relaxing. The room felt cold even tho the temp was set high. Over all we enjoyed our stay, and will come back.

Roach infested room, management very rude & disrespectful towards paying customers. Pool not even open & don't even have signs posted saying that it's closed website doesn't even say it's closed. Very disappointed with this hotel and its so called service. Every room is slowly being updated but the rooms that aren't are extremely outdated ac doesn't work tvs are outdated as well if could would give it -5 stars.

The rooms are out of the 80's. The fridge died in the middle of the night leaking all over the floor. The cable would not stay connected but on the upside, it was clean and had a plug In for my car.

BAD BAD BAD! I unfortunately had to stay at this hotel for a last minute booking during a big convention in Saskatoon. I asked to change room twice. Multiple problems, no light, no heat, water on floor in bathroom. I'm used to decent hotels, I spent 1h after midnight trying to book somewhere else in Saskatoon, hoping for cancellation. Couldn't be able to sleep all night because at 1:30am there was a fight in the room beside mine. Staff was belligerent in the morning when I asked to be reimbursed and told me I couldn't get a breakfast because I booked tru expedia.ca.. I finally got it. Even the breakfast was a mess.. how hard is it to serve bacon and eggs? I was flying back home in the afternoon and they were saying on the website a free airport shuttle was available. Not true. There's none. So... It was the worst hotel experience of my life. I can't find one good point. Don't stay there if you can go someweere else... if it's summer time, consider camping in a park.

Room was cold, there were not enough bedding sheets , called in to reception with no one answering the phone. Room was not cleaned up before it was assigned to us. Little bathroom towels and no Body Lotion. This was a double bed room. To make it even worse there cockroaches running up and down. Not good!!

The best time ever! Have a great stay here an the ppl are amazing an easy to get along with as well as helpful an trustworthy

STAY IN YOUR CAR!!! The Manager/owner would not give our money back and took the keys so we could not take pictures. The mattresses were torn and stained, the room smelled horrible, was missing carpet and tiles. Very dirty and the manager acted like a crazy man. I asked that the police be called and he kicked me, my husband and children off the property and charged our credit card.

It was terrible. When you shower, Either your water is burning hot or ice cold, and all of the prostitutes and truck drivers stay there. I couldn't fall asleep because there were people being loud outside, and finally when I got asleep people were fighting in the room above me. The pool is ice cold and the hot tub is decent. The towels aren't very big, and the water slide doesn't work.

When we got our room it stunk so bad i tried to open the window but it was screwed shut😳 the door was damaged. As well as the bathroom door handle was busted. When the cab driver picked us up he said why are you staying here its the worst place to stay. We left for a few hours to come back to a room full if cockroaches. When we called down to the front desk he would not refund us so we left .We went back in the morning to talk to the front desk again and show them pictures of the cockroaches and she then called the manager (who is also the cleaner) and she did ok for us to get our money back for that weekend (which i am thankful for). The back half if the motel is disgusting rundown mattresses against the windows broken windows. This place should not be listed on any kind if hotel/motel app .
