Black Mango Resort, at Kala Amb. We took a halt at this place while on our way to Renuka ji. It was bit early around 7 am or 7:30 am, we had a group of 22 people. Hall was quite big and clean. Washrooms were also very clean. It was raining outside. They have a huge park in the backyard. They had very limited breakfast options. And took 30 minutes to serve what we ordered. Also service was really slow may be because of limited staff availability during early hours. Barista was also closed at that hour. Place was really very expensive due to monopoly even with limited choice on the menu, However tea and parantha served were tasty and hygienic. Average experience.

They upgraded my room to suite on a simple grievance redressal mechanism and the response given in terms of the suite they offered was overwhelming. Dunnow the name of guy on reception but I hope he listens to it and know that he is giving best to his duty. I recommend the place for suites and food and service standards.

Hospitality means primarily the creation of free space where the stranger can enter and become a friend instead of an enemy. Hospitality is not to change people, but to offer them space where change can take place that is giving the best of yourself to your guests. My definition of a good hotel is a place I'd stay at and that is what we got at Black Mango, Nahaan. They just didn't helped us get easy and dine in rather managed an adhoc request of arranging an anniversary event so gracefully that we were mesmerized. Thanks the team and staff of #Black Mango..

Made very well... rooms were excellent. But service was poor. Lights were not working, took whole day to replace, tea cups were broken. Restaurant service was super slow.

Black mango was booked by my company for a stay of two days when I went there for my office tour. Was sceptical about the place called kala Amb, but was very happy with the hotel and it's facilities. Nicely decorated and comfortable rooms were provided with writing desk for work, mini fridge balcony and air-conditioning. Food quality was great with good choice of menu. Garden was good for me as I love doing walk in morning and evening. A great stay.

This is a good family hotel cum resort with good facilities service food and view. Staff is skilled and helpful they helped in arranging our sightseeing tour of renuka lake which was nice and serene. Good hotel to stay.

My family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay at this amazing resort. Booked junior suites which I believe are newly built with nice furniture and washroom cubicle bath was good. Positive ambience and humble people. Thanks.

Excellent family resort and facilities. Visited this excellent resort with close family and friends and found this to be an extraordinary place for family stays. My kids loved the garden and so many games they provide and swings in the lawn. Buffet breakfast was yummy and wide spread with many choices. Best resort experience.

Chose this resort for long weekend to go with my office friends. Booked online but could not believe the kind of welcome they provided. Excellent staff behaviour. Very beautiful property having so many restaurants and dining options. We enjoyed a lot. Ambience and food spread in restaurant was awesome.

The Resort/Restaurant is built on the highway making it easier for travellers to take a quick break and then continue their journey. Since there are no such good restaurants nearby, the place becomes vital for travellers to have a pause & rejuvenate themselves.

We had very nice family time at this hotel. Location is very nice on main road, food options were very good and yummy. Spacious rooms with enough space for couple and two children, bathroom was nice with good quality shampoo and soap. Big garden with many sports options, my kids played cricket and badminton. Helpful and genuine staff, special mention of housekeeping supervisor, nice guy with good respect for guests. Thank you.

I stayed at this resort with my family and found out that this was a decent family resort with good facilities and best services. My room was comfortable and The hotel staff upgraded our room with a balcony room. Room service was fast, restaurant interior was modern. Staff was supportive and caring. food was yummy tasty. enjoyed my stay.

Nice decent hotel, though it looks like a business hotel but their resort facilities are equally good. Nice big lawns in backyard, they arranged rain dance and music for us. I was impressed with the food variety as they have barista coffee shop, snacks parlour named Karkhaana, multicuisine restaurants and bar. Staff was friendly and helpful in arranging our sitesseeing. All in a great experience.

Nahan had a lot to offer in tourism sightseeing places I never knew. Visited this side of himachal for the first time and found that it has everything a magnificent lake, museum, hilly terrain, nice and cold weather, temples. Now comes to the hotel black mango, I will give full 5 stars for their impeccable services, good food, cosy rooms and friendly staff. Go for nahan and black mango, it's worth.

This hotel is located right on the national highway which made our journey quite comfortable check in was superb with the font office staff mr arpita was there to help and guide us about our tour. Rooms are nicely decorated and air-conditioned food was tasty and fresh manager was always asking us about our preferences. Arrangements of rain dance and live music was what we're were looking for in a resort. Because we're booked thru make my trip i got a very good discounted deal. Barista was certainly a cherry on cake. I celebrated my hubby's birthday with dark chocolate cake which was yummy all in all a must visit resort for weekend and quick getaway. I would say this was the one of the best resorts I have ever stayed with all the modern day luxury and the old world charm of a Himalayan Resort. Right from the check in to the comfortable rooms, tasty and fresh food, staff behaviour, amenities in bathroom, serving staff and management, till our check out they took care of every minute details. Arrangment for my driver was a big relief. Best part was the open area and gardens alike the small city hotels, open sky candle light dinner was a dream come true. Come back soon.
