Bag bought from here got damaged within 10 days. Don't go there. UPDATE - Sorry I didn't update review after you replaced it. Thanks for it but I was doubtful about zip quality it wasn't as smooth as previous bag.Till now bag is holding up I hope it lasts for an year. UPDATE AFTER 9 MONTHS (FOR REPLACED BACKPACK)- Construction of backpack isn't durable. sewing threads of backside of bag gradually got damaged. See photos. Quality is missing. Don't look at brand name go for handmade local bags. Cheaper and more durable. This replacement is in warranty so will try to fix it up. will update if repaired in minimum time and properly.

On main Kalyan Station Road, easily noticeable from traffic. Parking is an issue. Also in evening there is huge rush on road due to active traffic and vegetable vendors.

Worst service

Purchased a travelers bag and air pillows in April 2023. Was glad to find the pillows there. The bag is excellent, strong in quality and having multiple pockets. The sales person was kind and cooperative in showing us a no.of bags before we could select one. He also filed air in the pillows for us to check if it's not defective. I would recommend every customer to pay a visit to MyMall shop and do a thorough check if your products before you purchase them then you won't have the need for exchange of defective ones.

Good one for cheap variety bags etc. Undertake repairs of bags also. Soft spoken and in time delivery

The worst shop in Maharashtra ever I bought a kurta and I wanted to exchange kurta because it do not fited me well when I went to exchange they don't have my size that's why we told them to exchange with some other product they were also rude pls don't go to buy any product the third class shop

I bought a bag from this shop worth 4800, bag get damaged under 10 days, they are selling 1st copy bags of all brands, also when i go to exchange the bag their behaviour is very rude ani disappointing,staff also very rude, don't go there.now they are giving me dates to Change the bag. Very cheap rated shop, i wish there will be ani negative stars then I'll give then -100 stars negative rating 😐😐😐😐 I'm requesting to all please don't go to this shop instead u purchase bag from local shop and local brand it's better than this first copy bags.
