The best condominium in mumbai, great facilities, ample amount of space for you to play in have fun, workout walk etc. however there are some stupid rules like you arent allowed to play in the garden during afternoon times, only after 5. Another annoying thing is the construction. I try to study but the drilling noise really gets on my nerves, but at the same time its for our betterment and we as residents will enjoy the finished artwork

Amazing place to live great near Powai Lake. Peaceful place with full of greenery. Cold breeze flowing towards you in the evening.. big children's play area.. L&T has constructed so no worries about built quality. .

L&T is constructing more buildings in this compound with no regards for existing occupants in other buildings. There is constant and loud construction noise 24x7 at unbelievable levels. Even after multiple complaints to L&T and BMC, no one cares. It feels like living at a construction site. The construction equipment makes loud beeping noise in addition to the constant drilling and other noises. It's shameful for L&T as well as the city to allow this!

One of the best gated communities in Mumbai. Full of amenities, lot of ample parking and stuff for kids to do (skating, swimming, tennis, basketball, cricket, clubhouse). The community is wonderful, crowd very decent and educated, the helping staff is wonderful and cooperative. The only negative if at all is the large number of strays but there is a check around it. Love this place!
