Good experience with shivani. Keep it up. We were short of time and shivani saved our time by picking selective articles for us.

I bought a dress worth rs.2500.... Bt it was of no use to me as they gave incorrect size to me...and wen I came back to change the size ....they were not ready to do so.........they told me that it's not our policy to change even the size of the dress.....this is my first and worst experience ever I have faced... The manager of the store was not at all co-operative....... He just spoiled the image of the store and I will not be able to visit there again..due to their poor service and giving silly reason for not changing the size of my dress.....I hv not heard about such policy in any other store to not even change the size...very disappointing for me.....they were having sizes available also in that dress bt then also they didn't helped me out......

The quality of the product was awesome. But not differently abled friendly.
