I am working in this organisation for last 9 years. working environment is good. company was very supporting in period of Covid-19.

They claim to be service providers on only Atlantic water dispensers. But they do not turn up for service despite booking and repeated follow ups. Customer care executive is also arrogant in behaviour. They denied attending the service call after booking.
