Me and my family went to China Garden after so long with lot of expectations and trust me when I say it was probably  my worst  experience. It was really thoughtful that they kept teddy  on chair for social distracting and probably that was the only nice part about this place. Now lets start with what i didnt like Service  was bit slow ➡️Tom yum soup was watery and had no taste...also felt that chicken was not that fresh. Funny part when we told the server he said I never recommend this soup to ANYONE 🤣. Server  replaced  our soup with manchow. Unfortunately it was also very bad and I left after 2 or 3 sips. ➡️I personally didn't like chicken wonton as it was doughy...I drenched them with honey Chilli sauce. ➡️Fried Canton Duck looked very dry and dull.. honestly  not so appetizing 😑 ➡️In the end we also ordered  2 chicken dishes sa po chicken and Crispy tossed chicken. Sa po chicken  had some weird after taste and Crispy chicken was not at all Crispy. The only things that was fine was corn cream and butter garlic prawn. Over all my personal  experience was really bad. One more thing that shocked me was the bill. Can someone please explain  what is Dining service charge (DSC) why as a customer I should  pay ?

Brilliant food ! A landmark restaurant in Delhi. And still the best chinese restaurant in Delhi. Been around for decades and quality is better than ever. The food be it Dim sums or starters or mains. Food is outstanding. Especially the seafood which is as fresh as can be. Along with the extremely polite and hospitable staff. Highly recommend.

Ambience is good, location is good but the main thing - the taste of the food is disappointing. We went on Father’s day , wanted to have a good time & great and that we didn’t have. Would never want to go again. Thanks!

Management does not want to listen, kept arguing for straight 10 mins. The fish was smelly and tasteless. The Manager said he got the fish changed (mind you within 2 mins), and it was the same.On top of it they have added DSC CHARGES,which btw is not mandatory but the Manager! Good luck going to this place and wasting your money!

They literally forced us to pay service charges despite expressing our unwillingness to do so. According to them, they had been strictly instructed by their ‘Chinese Owner’ to collect service charges. We have not encountered such stubborn staff anywhere else — their behaviour and customer handling were aweful. Food is also ordinary. We will never revisit this place and do not recommend anyone to do so.

Poor Hospitality, non standard food and rude behaviour from customers. My known Mr. Kaushal visited there with family, manager at service argued bitterly and even didn't shame to say that you are not welcome here when he make complaint. China Garden management should pay attention for staff training. Unprofessionals .

Greatest Chinese Restaurant going in the Dumps I visited China Garden Restaurant in GK2 New Delhi on the insistence of my 11 year old daughter. The date was 16th August 2021 in the evening. Was there with my Wife, Daughter and a friend. The problem started when I complained about Hakka Noodles being too oily. The waiter was already behaving as they were obliging me by replacing it. The main issue started when I wrote a scathing review on the form provided. The manager asked me what the problem was and I informed him that I written it on the form. After this a verbal argument ensued and he started shouting at me that they were trying their best. I told him that he was not obliging me as I was paying in full for my meal. On this he replied that they had served me the food. He started shouting at me to not visit the restaurant again and I was not welcome. I left immediately humiliated with such uncouth, rude and unprofessional behavior.

This restaurant does not offer much apart from ambience. Food is good but very expensive. Serving Portion is also very less.

Seen the journey to the worst.. Staff contribution is forced.. May the staff are not paid by the owner.. Food quantity has dropped ridiculously.. The tom yum is an indian curry soup with masala and oil floating.. .. Clear soup is water with not even salt.. .. If you had been here earlier.. It's no more like that.. BEWARE

We ordered somewhat crispy potatoes (not honey chilli) for starters. Sapo Chicken, Teppan Soba noodles (chicken) along with Korean Garlic Fried rice which was easily enough for three people. Food was absolute delicious with courteous staff and hospitality. Location is convenient to find with enough paid parking in front. Will definitely recommend for Chinese lovers.

Well, this place has been my favourite Chinese restaurant in Delhi since more than a decade now. Be it the ambience, the royal service, the chef and server recommendations , their all you can eat packages, and their lip smacking food, they are the best in all. This outlet at GK2 M block market has stood the test of time beautifully and looks as new as it was more than a decade ago. Timeless. Precious.

China Garden has been an institution on the Chinese Food front. The food has always been consistently good, always. While I do admit there was a bit of a slump right after the pandemic, they’ve more than made up for it now, especially with the quality of ingredients they use. We absolutely love their soups and starters, and could easily have a full meal with just those. If you’re going in a group, definitely try their group menu which is priced at 2199 per person and includes unlimited portions of a fixed number of dishes from the menu.

Pathetic oily food and nothing unique about the taste too. I’ve eaten Chinese food at various small / big restaurants across Delhi and have never once come across such disgusting preparations. I requested them thrice to use least possible oils and apparently they used extra!!
