DMC office, being one of the most important places to visit for a Medico In Delhi! It's office was recently shifted from 3rd floor MAMC building to Shastri Park METRO station area... But It's quite a walk from the metro station... So, I've attached some pics which might help u to reach it without hassle! The new office is bigger & more spacious! Directions to reach. The google map is of no use. Exit from gate no 2 of Shastri Park metro station. Take the left side staircase to get out of metro station complex. Follow the road straight. There will be a "gate no 2" between two speed breakers on your right. You need to give your particulars at the entry. Go straight there will be a glass building. Enter into it and go right. The office will be on your right.

The person who sits at the reception desk (main counter) is very rude and arrogant..He doesnot have basic sense and patience to speak to people..Always argues and shouts before even listening to the query...Kindly look into this..Wish there was an option of giving zero star

They neither pick ur call nor reply to ur email. From applying to get dmc registration it takes around 45 days including appointments and documents verification. Karnataka medical council does same thing in a day!!!!

I don't know why people are soo angry about this place I found it very helpful the lady is very good at talking and is helping you all the time, now if your documents are not complete then she will tell you about it if she starts accepting incomplete documents then it's your file which will be rejected so I think better to be safe from that and she allow you to come back with the incomplete documents within the day and if not possible then you can take another appointment what's the problem I think they are doing their jobs at the end of the day

Worst experience! Very unprofessional & unethical behavior of the staff. The staff never provide proper information regarding any queries related to documentation & delay in getting registration. If we ask anything, they don't know anything to answer other than yelling back at doctors.

Reason i am giving this review is because of the way they treat fellow humans ..let alone doctors..i had called to know the status of my DMC and informed them that everyone with same date as me for verification have received their certificate to which the man on other side literally got angry and said it's not possible and switched off the phone completely. Just not expected of a government organisation to be that demeaning.

The old office at MAMC was not that cool. This new one in the METRO IT PARK, SHASTRI PARK is awesome. One star deducted coz staff is the same old. But yeah if you go by the procedure, and since most of the facilities have been converted to online, it's really easy to get the work done.

Purely unprofessional are working at this place. It is a harassment to get your work done at this place. The irony is that doctor's council is itself not concsious of time. The security guards are extremely rude and have utter unprofessional behaviour. Guards think of themselves as owners pf the place, they won't give you the token or will make you wait as per their will. Shameless management does not even pay heed to so many negative reviews.

No one answers the call. Very unprofessional. They will only answer the call during lunch break to say it’s lunch break, to call later. Very unhelpful . There is no alternative no. also.

Email support - 3* Website 2* Calls 0* Reception 2* High time to be courteous and help students to get their correct certificates on time. Nearest metro station is Delhi gate. Walking distance. DMC office is at 3rd floor in MAMC.

Best experience!!! They are very professional and fast in dealing our matters!!.......they approved my noc within a day!!! Whereas the rajasthan medical council peoples took 2months to send one mail:(:(

near Shastri park metro station on Red line. take the exit from gate no. 2 and move downstairs towards left. It is located at IT park road,in the DMRC building

I wil say, having been through 2 more medical council, this is by far the best, in terms of how swiftly they work & help our queries. Document verification isn't though as well. And the verification counters have helpful employees all the time. Getting NOC or renewal is a fully online process, only for permanent registration for the first time or additional qualification need you to go in person to the office DMC office now is located in shastri park.. getting here is easy, just get down at Gate 2, shastri park metro station & walk 10 minutes to reach this place. Overall, neat place for an office like this.

Physical verification of documents is simple. They don't let car inside the complex. Car has to be parked outside.

It was a good experience there..It is located near shastri park metro station...exit from gate no 2 then get down from right side stairs and then take left ..then walk straight around 100 to 150 meter you will get 2 big gates left gate is of dmc and right one is of CISF ..the gate which is on left enter from there and keep walking, in that campus dmc is there ..you can ask guards while entering.

Never picks call Shameless staff whoever is appointed for picking up calls is just taking salary without doing his job Its been two days noone is picking up call on the number u have provided

Give appointments on holidays but office remain closed, on Google also shown as open, don't pick calls to check whether it's open or not.

My work was done very quickly as my documents were properly uploaded. Easy to find. Nearest metro is Shastri park metro station which is hardly 5 mins walk.

I would give 6 stars, had it been possible. By mistake I applied for mbbs registration, but I had to apply for both mbbs and pg . The staffs went above and beyond to help me . I really appreciate your help. People like them make a difference in society imo. Thankyou very much.

Applied to release my non utilization certificate on 28th July, they said it would take 10-15 working days to send an email to my state council, after a month when I called there was no response/ extremely rude response I wanted to get my state noc to get dmc registration but the process got so delayed, They don't respond to call at all, their contact is of no use

I see a lot of bad reviews about Delhi Medical Council. Guys, you might want to check out the other councils before posting. I am registered in both the Kerala and Delhi Medical Councils, and each time I reach out for assistance, DMC picks up the call and gives me an appropriate solution promptly. For GSC, DMC takes barely two days to issue, whereas I had to wait for two weeks in KMC, plus another three weeks for them to just verify an email. Thank you very much DMC for your continuous support and assistance.

VERY POOR SERVICE ALL THE TIME THEY KEEP THE PHONE RECEIVER DOWN VERY LAZY STAFF I DONOT KNOW WHY THE SR. ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINT STAFF BASICALLY ITS GOVT OFFICE ....

This has been reported multiple times by all the people who register with them . They don’t pick phone , mannerless staff. I have seen the talking to DM MD such rudely. They think they can talk Whatever the way they want . Bad with communication if you want to know the status of your registration.

Why is it mandatory to give your aadhar and pan numbers for re- registration?????

The worst place and the worst staff ever. They never pick up your calls and never replies to email. It has been more than 2.5 months since i have applied for my permanent registration and still it is pending.

Worst board among all.They never pick up the phone.I am going to complain in the PM cell.Expect zero assistance.

Worst staff... No one is willing to help... No professionalism.. and the registrar only there for one hour just to sit there and doesn't talk nicely.. no one there to hear your geniune problems
