The sample collection was painless. I am usually scared of needles but the staff Climsy was patient and ensured that I am comfortable. There was another lab staff Bindu, who kept talking to me to ensure that I am not scared.

Today went to Aster labs in Kodungallur for a blood and urine test for my kid aged 4 years, staffs Vilna and Muhsina collected the blood and seems they are not qualified to collect blood from a kid. They not even know how to collect the blood. They tried more than 2 times in his hand different different places and said not able to collect the blood. And they said the blood is not coming properly. So kid was frightened and crying. Finally somehow they collected the blood but when we asked for the results they are saying the blood is clotted and we have to collect the blood again. I never ever heard this reason from any labs. This is the first time hearing this reason for a blood test. Seems they have not mixed the anti blood clotting agent properly and this the issue. Very careless and unprofessional. Now I can't convince my kid to take blood again he's already didn't come out of that fear now. And he has high fever now. Spoke with the Lab technician Dr. Jabbar, he politely convinced me and explained the issue in detail.

Hi, I am regular and fully satisfied customer of Aster Labs Edapally. Last day when I visited the lab for an enquiry of special test for my mother, a new junior staff approached me and requested for giving a good review. I am happy to give the review, but she was continuously asking me to put the review that too 5 star. That felt very irritating to me, bcos reviews are to be genuine, not to get it forcefully. Pls instruct the new staff not to irritate the customers for getting reviews... If the customer is happy with the services , they will definitely give good reviews. Presently I am happy with service except above issue. Thank you.

I came to aster lab to take the blood group test and they charged 150 for this test, it is not worth at all. They charge double the amount compared to other labs. Thus, for those who are going to take blood group test from aster lab do check the price and enquire through other labs as well..
