I and my wife visited this place more than 3 times in the last three months. There are more than 10+ Sales boys/girls in the store, but in none of our visits, no salesperson attended us and guided us. I don't know what was their KRA and what they are getting paid for. If I see many they are using mobiles and Chitchatting with colleagues. If we need a response means we have to go to them and ask for it, this is the training given to them. on my last visit on Aug 8th, 2023 I decided that this will be our last visit to this store. Tiruppur Reliance Store is killing the brand value of Reliance by the lethargic behavior of this employee.

Product quantity is good but need more variety and sizes. They are not even put airconditioner that's really annoying and irritating. Offers are good.need more staffs, while we are gone no one is helped for our purchase.

Large show room with large nice stylish collection. Average prices. Most Staff are neither trained nor professional in approach. Good underground parking for four and two wheelers. Certainly worth a visit.

Very poor, not able to provide the bill properly, after the payment, I was been waiting there for 20mts to get the bill. The staffs has to be trained on how to behave with customer's. I absolutely understand the technical error but they doesn't know how to manage the situation.

Billing is very slow and lethargic. After one year visited again on 9.10.22 and found they employed more billing persons and the waiting Q cleared efficiently. After 6 to 7 months and after few washing, fabric looks very old

Collections were quite unexpectedly good. Trail rooms were clean and white. Way better than most of the clothing stores in tiruppur. It's really hard to find a store with real fashion clothes in tiruppur (Unlike in Chennai or Bangalore ). So I tried spending a day in finding a store that matches the current trend and I finally found this. Wish someone should have told me earlier about this store.

Trends is the only one corporate showroom in all the area of tiruppur. I have visited reliance trends for the first time just yesterday. Actually i have heard that they have a collections of both ethnic and Western wear. Do i hadn't visited yesterday for bugging some good collections of western wear but frankly i was but disappointed because there was no new clicks their in remeber only kinda old dresses with picked on it. Do i decided to cancel my plan of buying Western wear there. And i have planned to buy footwear. There come the surprise if you are buying for 800 types you can buy one more item width of500 rupees for free, of not of your are buying an item more than 1260 rupees wed will get an instant discount of yours 500.

No sanitizer given for customers . Only temp checked. No Exchange for dress if size is different.

Worst experience ever. Such a worst place with unprofessional staffs. Highlight of the shop: 1. Most of the time the credit card swipe machine wil not be working 2. No backup options for Bill payment rather than carry cash or run for nearby ATM 3. No professional staff and they don’t even know how to talk to a customer. 4. You will be all on your own, nobody is there to help or assist you on anything. Not sure how this shop is still running with the name of Reliance Trends
