We met John at a Kotagiri resort on a day trip and then he became our dependable travel choice for rest of our trip. Very calm, punctual, and never demanding. He patiently waited for us to return from shopping or sightseeing, kept good care of our belongings while we were away. We left one of our mobile phones in the car by mistake. He made sure to ring me up and let us know that it was safe with him. He also has a good reputation with the local people be it homestay managers or local shops. Mr. John's taxi services and pricing are pretty good comparatively to other services around. The vehicle was pretty well maintained and the driver assigned were well behaved. We were very satisfied with their services.

We never met John in person all our conversation over the phone only. Picked from Mettupalayam and dropped to Mettupalayam 3 days trip... No single penny asked by driver Karthick/ Owner John.. After we reached Chennai only paid.. He provided Innova/ Xylo clean and neat our kids were puked in the hair pin bends driver didn't said anything so kind to us. Traveled with family including kids in April 2023. Used Mr John's services for a pick up from Coimbatore Airport to a resort in Kotagiri and drop back from resort to airport few days later. Drivers were very soft and well spoken. While going to the resort the vehicle driver also help us spot Deer and Bison on the way. While going back to airport there was an issue with AC of the vehicle and it was not working. I messaged Mr John and he arranged for a replacement vehicle within minutes on the way. Really appreciate.

Firstly, the overall service with respect to punctuality, Good behavior of driver, cleanliness of the vehicle and the amicability / Hospitality were really cherishing. Good service, economical rates, absolutely hassle-free. One thing I must call out is that - In our travel experiences more often than not, we find the cab service providers charging additional monies post the ride, giving some reason or the other. However with John (Jesus Travels) there were no hidden charges, no additional token monies asked - we paid exactly what we were quoted. Very pleased with this professionalism.

Well maintained vehicles, experienced and humble drivers. Two days we never felt as if we are going in travels or outside vehicles. We were felt that we are with our own people and they took good care of us. After closing the trip also, driver waited for us till we embark to our buses, which is rare to see. We had recently been to Kothagiri. We got our driver Sugunesh for our commute. He made us feel very comfortable during the whole ride. He explained places and it was a great experience. We had a 9 year old who is not used to the hair pin bends but our driver made that journey one of the best. Also the management had clear tarrifs and hence was easy for us. Best driver service. They arranged an airport drop for us on last minute request as our original scheduled cab from different travel agency was cancelled last minute. Also, they covered 2.5 hours journey from Green Nest Resort Kotagiri to Coimbatore airport in 2 hours safely and helped us reach the airport on time and not miss our flight. Driver is extremely focused, skilled, friendly and helpful. It was hassle free ride. And driver is well aware of roads to avoid traffic and take shortcuts.

In December 2021 we used their taxi service from Coimbatore to kotagiri and return. The management and the driver was very professional and punctual. In comparison to other taxi services they are cheap and worthy. Best in town and highly recommended. Car has been sanitised before getting in and driver was wearing mask all the time.

The taxi services and altogether hospitality was first class. The travel experience was comfortable and guidance throughout was excellent.
