This hospital is one of the premier hospital of this region.Doctors of this institution are exceptional. CCU and ICU supporting staff is also very good, caring and well behaved. On the other hand, the paramedical staff caring for patients in private rooms and wards are worst, non-professional and careless. The credit, which the Doctors team deserves for giving treatment, is ruined by these non-professional fellows. In coming years, if this hospital wants to remain in list of top most hospitals of this region, than certainly they will have to work on this weakness. Hospital cleanliness is of satisfactory grade. Private rooms are quite spacious with almost all modern amenities. Hospital is lacking a proper public vehicle parking these days. ***** Star for Doctors team, *** for CCU, ICU staff, 0 star for Other paramedics.

There are good facilities for patients. Like as MRI , CT-Scan, X-ray, Setting plane , Better experienced Doctors for all type of patients.

Only go to this hospital if you have to see Dr Pramila Sharma, as she is the only doctor worth. Else the hospital is completely useless. Staff does not care about patients. This is the first hospital I have seen where regular patients will walk into private booked rooms to take a bath and no security team will do anything about the same. They will charge you for doctor consultation and visit charges, but doctor will never meet you. Support staff is worse. They have no Time Management and security. There is no parking available at all. There is no Time Management. We took appointment from Dr Vineeta Jain on 29th Dec for 10.30 AM. Dr Vineeta Jain came at 11.35 AM, suggested few tests which we dot done immediately for our baby and sent report to Dr Vineeta Jain. It's already 31st Dec 8.50 PM and no response yet. So ultimately we had to consult another doctor in other hospital. So only good thing about Aadhar is Dr Pramila Sharma, else don't visit the same.. It will be a very horrific experience.

Hi all Please take care conversations with hospital. They first trick you to admit in this hospital by saying that they will claim max from insurance company but after the treatment they simply refused about what they said. I have a very bad experience about it. My mother surgery has been done here and first they said that robotic surgery will be done and it will cost around 4 lacs & conventional surgery will cost you 3.6 lacs and balance you should have to pay and we agree on that but after surgery they said bill is of around 3.2 not 3.6 and refused about what they said. Besides this service is very bad there. No nurses are available on time. And regarding rating, what they do is that they simply go to each patient room and give the five star rating by self from each available phone in that room. Yes, doctor is good but the way they treat the patients are very wrong.

My father’s case was handled by Dr. Deepak Tayal and his super cooperative team. Me and my family really appreciated the way entire staff treated the patient, took care of them. Starting from sweeper till head doctor every member was cooperative. I would really say the management is very good and in right hands. Moreover, when my father was admitted in ICU, we were very restless due to his bad condition. Mr. Amit head of ICU gave us confidence that patient is in right hands and the team actually proved it. One thing I would suggest mgmt to work upon is the service of lifts. I observed attendees and patients were struggling due to out of service lifts , buttons themselves were not working (since 8 days when we admitted there) which I think should be taken care. Else from hospital service point of view i would give 5 star ⭐️. Major Con: TPA team doesn’t respond well and their behaviour is not so good specially at the time of discharge which I think should be taken care. Thanks You

Excellent services at Aadhar hospital... I admitted my father for excessive weakness, loss of appetite and liver abscess issue under Dr Vikas Bundela .... He is an excellent person and a very genuine and honest doctor with vast knowledge... I am satisfied with his treatment as my father started walking and improving in appetite and strength... His diagnosis was excellent and my father recovered a lot in a week... Overall recommended for any kind of treatment.... Great experience. We went Aadhar Health Institute Hisar for my father's health checkup. Dr. Vikas Sheoran (General Physician) was so polite and extremely awesome doctor we had ever met in our life. We were extremely satisfied with his treatment and gesture.

Very bad experience. There is no management in the hospital if you have so much time and you are free from home then only visit this hospital. They are taking 1 to 2 hr only in making OPD slip after that 2 to 3 hour doctor consultation and if doctor recommended any test then again stand in queue for 1 hour this in intolerable.

The staff of Aadhar hospital is so Cooperative and well skilled in their field. Dr Vinita jain (Paediatrist) is highly experienced and know her work very well. My son recovered from severe Pneumonia due to her efforts. I am thankful for her efforts.

Medical facilities ate good ,the only thing that disappointed us is behaviour and accent of nursing staff ,they talk very rudely with patients and attendent. They are the one who spend most of the time with patients but when they talk like this it feels very bad. Hospital should focus on this problem and hire those who can speak hindi rather than their native language in hospital.

Pros :- 1. Good doctors 2 Good pharmacy 3. Good service at Laboratory and ultrasound. Things to improve:- 1. Parking (it is basic thing) 2. Staff needs training (every staff) specially they need behavioural training, the reception staff is face of any organisation but they all are headless chickens in Aadhar hospital. 3. Visible signage- please put proper signage after entering the hospital to guide the patients, where to go, what to do. 4. Outsource the housekeeping. Your staff is not trained, not groomed. Or train them please. Washrooms are stinking. This was my first visit, rest assured I will update my review if I see any improvement.

We used our own all out to keep insects away from our room (115). Although I don’t personally like the cleanings nd dusting facilities of this hospital

Hospital is very neat, clean and hygenic. Good care taken for the patient. Had got baby delivered at this hospital and the entire staff was very much cooperative with highly qualified doctors panel.

Worst hospital service i have ever seen in my whole life. Worse than government hospitals. I went there taking my bua ji with me. And i forget to take my my asthma inhaler. When i went to chemist and asked for rotacaps, they directly refused to give that saying that they need prescription from there hospital. What a ridiculous service.

Extremely poor management, had to go through the same pain as if you are in SBI - Please go to the other counter. They took an hour or so to get my payment done for a procedure, and then i had to wait for another hour. The prices are exorbitant and would have been justifiable if there is ease within the process. Not at all justifiable. Recommend you to visit government/Jindal hospital - you are paying a justifiable amount, with an okaish service. Here, you are paying 4-5 times the price for a poor service.

Dr. Lovenish Goyal(MBBS,M.D.,D.M. Medical Oncology) is an excellent and very capiable doctor. I am really obligaed that he has treated my mother and now she is fine.The duty doctor Mrs. Geeta was extremely sympathetic and ensured all the actions that were taken taken to settle my concern. The other outstanding support was given by Mrs Rajni (Reception staff) her service needs to be complimented. The entire place was clean and well managed.

Some doctors think patients are their slaves.. they kept them waiting post their relax time... special today Dr Vinita Jain did so and i had to cancelled my office meeting via teams just to meet her for consultation of my son. Pathetic very disappointed.

Services provided by hospital was not so good as compare to the fee charged. Food supplied was not good. Room toilet was not cleaned even a single day in 4 days. Room Bell remains off. But doctors are good and experienced.

Dr promila talk to you nicely and give encouragement. She operated my mom but still my mom feels pain sometimes and stomach become inflated after surgery and till today she has that. As my mom always had flat tummy but don't know why it is become little heavy.

Highly uneducated staff This hospital have no manegement sense. Even a small resturant with 4 people staff can handle 1000 orders a day but this hospital have more than 150 people staff and dr. but still can't consult to 400-500 people a day.

Hospital staff is very helpful. They take care of the patient really well. 24*7 room cleaning is done. Rooms are totally filled with all the required equipments.

Excellent doctors , clean hospital and excellent in hygiene 5 stars for all these But they are manufacturing their own diabetes medicines and that is available only at their pharmacy and they also won't give u from their pharmacy also if u will not pay the opd fees... for that negative stars and ofcourse parking is also an issue Dr promila , Dr vineeta and Dr vikas are amazing

Aadhar hospital is one of the famous hospital in Hisar but for quite some days the emergency section is not delivering reasonable services to the patients. Besides, communication gap and satisfaction level of attendants accompanying the patients is also lacking. I think quality of services has gone down. Needs to be looked into please 🙏

my first experience was bad, junior doctor in emergency in night think he is the senior most, total 5 times bp was checked by nurse everytime it was above 185 by, but all 5 doctor missed it nd didnt cured
