    Took my daughter for an in person visit on Thursday. I called to make the appointment on Tuesday last week and this was as early as they could get her in. We saw Dr. Garth and our experience with him was fine. However, he agreed to fill a prescription for us, and said it would be sent over to our pharmacy and it was not. I called back on Friday and asked them to send it, which they assured me they would send a note, and the nurses would send it. It did not arrive, so I called again today and told them it is necessary for her to not have a break in this medication. They assured me that they put urgent on it and then it would be sent today to her pharmacy. It was not sent, and now I have no way to get in touch with them again until Monday. It is infuriating that you cannot talk to a person in the actual doctors office, it is almost like an answering service. They are not very personable and act like they really don’t care if your needs are going to be met or not. They are just checking a box on their job list. Someone is not doing their job and now my daughter will run out of a very important medication after us going to the doctor, paying a co-pay and me calling every day since and nothing was done. I am extremely unhappy.

    Elizabeth Forwood is the best Dr. I’ve ever been to. She actually cares about getting you to your best possible all around health. Extremely thorough! She even gave me three months to clean up my cholesterol instead of just automatically prescribing a pill. I appreciated that! Also, I needed a referral to two different doctors and both of them were excellent!

    I like Elizabeth. She is very friendly and is concerned about my health. My issue is the staff member who called me about my lab results. I was honest about missing some doses of my medication. When she called me back, she talked to me with a very bold tone almost like I was 5. I get that I need to be more consistent, but don’t talk to be patients in any tone other than friendly. I work in the healthcare field and would never do that.

    Dr. Forwood cares intently for her patients. She is very knowledgeable. Making it clear and thorough when she speaks and makes it very easy to understand. A valuable asset to Alabama Medical Group.

    The staff are friendly and the new facility is great! I have been seeing Elizabeth Forwood for more than two years. She is a caring and knowledge person that will take time to listen to you. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

    Dr. Garth is a phenomenal doctor. Very patient, has a great bedside manner and actually listens to his patients. Love him and his staff. He is very knowledgeable as well. I have never felt better. He gotten all of my labs normal and blood pressure under control. Very grateful.

    Ms Elizabeth is always friendly, yet concerned about me. She tries to help with medical problems as best can, and I appreciate her help. Just saying...I really miss Dr. Rubenstein as he was my doctor for so many years. But am glad that Ms Elizabeth is there.
