Called Saraland store on my way home from some shopping, I was on Airport Blvd. The lady who took my order and told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, to come to the drive thru window. I arrived and my pizzas were ready, just as I was told. The only downfall was the wait at the window, but overall a great experience. Pizzas were very good, and not greasy. Thank you for a great experience.

The pizza did not at all the way it was supposed to come. I also asked for contactless delivery and the door dash person they used tried to show me her phone that said to hand pizza to me. There is a reason for contactless. I did not order through door dash.

I order takeout. It's always plenty food, chips, and salsa added as if you were dining in. Has great entrees as well. Very reasonable prices

I went there with a friend of mine. Each of us has ordered a melt. Truly disappointed in the quality of the product. The food was bad!! The service was bad as well. I expected the melt that I ordered to be a soft dough but instead I got something that was overcooked and hard and dry.

My husband & I called in for carry out. We decided to eat in vehicle while pizza was hot plus we got free pizza flip. The lady brought it to me to my truck. Don't get good pizza and service every where. Pizza hut Saraland is the best ‼️❤️

Above and Beyond!!! On our way back home from a trip we decided to have pizza for lunch... Best service we have ever received the waitress was very helpful and the cook took extra care to make our pizza since we were vegetarian they went above and beyond to use clean utensils to cut the food without cross contamination which is a BIG PLUS in my book. I admit that I really have a short memory and could kick myself for not remembering their names but am really grateful for their helpful service!!

I absolutely love this Pizza Hut. Liz is such a sweetheart. She makes sure everything is exactly as we ordered it. Good customer service and delicious pizza every time.

Lie to you about circuit breaker being cause of slow order instead of their incompetence. I live two blocks away charged me over ten dollars for delivery. Pizza done at 1700 hrs.,delivery at 1830!! Had passed order to Door Dash for an extra half hour on delivery!!!!
