    When I joined SPYSS day by day I am going towards spirituality.Last month with our yoga bandhus we went to tumkur yoga mandira. As our SPYSS is known for culture. We did many rituals in yoga mandira. And we also arranged mathru bojana.And yoga bandhus in tumkur took care of us very well. And meditating under pyramid is another level of happiness. So the chintanakoota was very good. I will cherish this throughout my life!

    Yoga classes gave me just what I wanted. It allowed to relax, work on my mobility and flexibility. Teaching is difficult but our teachers mrs. Vijayalakshmi Karunagaran And our proudest esteemed Balan Annaput a great effort for usto learn and practice Pranams to our teachers 🙏🙏🙏

    Shri Patanjali Yoga Shikshana Samati Headquarter for all activities related to yoga. Very nice place free yoga classes conducted hear.
