Our room was near to the bar so noice was there. Bathrooms were not so clean and the window was broken. We didn't order much food from there, but whatever we bought was good. Staffs were friendly. Mosquitoes were there, asked for good night but they couldn't give. Gave a repellent refill which was almost empty.

Luxury class AC rooms at around Rs. 2,500 / day (morning 12 pm checkout no matter which time you walk in ) Note : It is awesome maintained with cleanliness for boys.....ladies and family people may feel uncomfortable as there is a pub in the up floor though they are safely maintained ) Things I liked in stay : 1. You get 2 soaps and shampoos 2. You also get 2 brush and one paste So if you are planning to go there, there is no need to get every stationery you want

Staff behavior and hotel policy is worst I have ever seen. Everywhere guest should pay maximum the advance of the day charges, but at VBIS INN you have to pay advance as well the security deposit extra, in case something gets stolen. Over this staff behavior is also too rude.

Dont travel with family. The receptionist keeps.reminding me and later my wife to keep keys safely or pay 1500 fine. During checking...everyone inter reception states at your family members especially ladies like they haven't seen customers in a long time.

The problem in Tumkur is the facility will be good when it is built. Later, they lack proper maintenance. Here also, the rooms are fine, but bad maintenance

for the price offered the service is not up to the mark the room towels are not cleaned properly. the room has lot of mosquitoes. any extra water is charged. rates for room service are high. they were adamant on charging 120 rupees for 4 bottles when we returned 2 of them. to add to that they charged us the same amount next day morning when we had paid in the night. when I asked the receipt in the night he said he will adjust it in the bill. service is bad. needs to improve

Rooms are neat and clean and good. Hotel does not exist a restaurant of its own. Room service poor. Property is situated a little corner of the city, not in B-H road.Overall good hotel in Tumkur.

Do not book if you are travelling with family. There is a pub upstairs and the restaurant serves liquor. If you are travelling with friends then it will be great. Avoid the stay if you are travelling with family.

A great place in Tumkur for shorter stays. Has a bar / pub attached (3rd floor) and you have a lot of shops around the property. Good to okish rooms.

Stay was fantastic, I loved how restaurant staffs treated me and my wife because when we ordered dinner there was party happening in the restaurant as it was a resto- bar where lights were off and high volume music was playing but when food arrived at our table a member of the staff asked me “ sir if you have an issue with the music we can turn it off?” I said “ Its ok I am fine with it” . But the generous staff switched the light on and the music off.. I really loved the generosity and noble gesture from the restaurant staff ..

The hotel overall is fine. Parking service is very poor. Its basically underground service and the front bumper of the car can touch while moving car down. Service overall is fine. And rooms are fine too.

The roof top restaurant is lovely!clean rooms n bathrooms, secure parking so overall must say Good value for money!

Booked this hotel looking at the Google Ratings . The room and bathroom is infested with cockroaches and when informed there was no response . Had a pathetic experience staying here

Rooms are not much spacious . Pub attached Hotel. 3 rd floor. If your room in 2 nd floor can't relax till pub closed. That's much noise is there.But Pub is awesome. Nice ambience. party mood.

Vbis inn was in a prime location which was an advantage. Rooms were clean with good parking facility, amenities included water bottles, toiletries, iron box on request however there were lot of mosquitoes in the property for which we requested mosquito repellent but never received. Lastly, service and check-in formalities were slow. Overall, a good property.

Rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. They have Bar at the ground floor and ATMOS Lounge and Resto on the 3rd floor. Ambience of ATMOS was excellent, they allow only couples and family on the roof top. Music played was soothing and attitude of the staff was satisfactory. Food quality and taste can be improved.

There is nothing special from down and top floor..I don't know why they are charging so much amount for just 2floors..the way they are serving for top from down floor only..but they are charging 150-200rs extra for top floor visitors.. supply is good and extraordinary in ground floor only..it's wasting of money in vibis just for top floor..not satisfied from top floor menu..😐

Pros Only 3 star hotel in tumkur. Good Staff. The restaurant is great. Cons: The rooms are not having much amenities. Breakfast is not available inhouse, the restaraunt opens at 12 pm so they get it parceled from some other place.
