Hexagon International was one of the most pathetic place I've ever been too. I had booked in for 2 nights, our check in was suppose to be at 2pm in the afternoon but rooms weren't cleaned up until 5pm. We booked in a 2 bedroom apartment where most of the door locks were broken including the apartments security main door, there were also bed bugs in beds and sofa of the apartment and cockroachs everywhere. Not only that but there site displays wrong information such as room service available and breakfast included in the stay , called in the reception next day and got to know nothing comes with the stay . I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.

Check-in time was at 2PM and we arrived at 4PM but our room was still not ready. We had to wait till 5PM, and reception staff dint even let us speak to the manager. Rooms and facilities need renovation really badly.

1. Most disgusting standard and deluxe rooms, didn't get a chance to view upgraded rooms though. 2. Security and cleaning staff super helpful and friendly. 3. Pool is great but needs child proofing. Unattended child can easily access 1.8m depth side while even going to their rooms. 4. I have never paid $100 bond for rooms in any of the hotels in fiji. 5. We managed to misplace our bond receipt and I have to admit I did lose my cool with receptionist (Manisha). Arrogant and not helpful in any way. Night shift guy receptionist was advised that we had misplaced our receipt as we had checked in 10pm and we had to rush and find a place to have dinner, he assured that we will get back our bond even without the white copy as long as our rooms had no damage, but instead of helping us in the morning, Manisha decided to call the shots and rejecting our request.

We changed from a normal room to a family room; the people and security guards were very helpful. We had too many bags, so they helped us upon arriving and as we left. The people were very nice and helpful. Every time an issue came, the people helped us each time.
