I feel awesome when I staying their. They treat their guest in such a nice way. When I was into the checking area, their behaviour was polite. And their other staffs are really good. Rooms were tidy, and bedsheets and towels were cleaned. The fragrance in their rooms gave pleasure. Bathroom were cleaned. My experience was really fabulous 🤩🤩

worst experience , worst hotel Batra palace . Never never book this hotel ,very horrible experience. We booked 9 rooms for a marriage function .Rooms were very untidy , dirty bedsheets used ,blankets dirty , no ventilation in room , window blinds not working , very poor room service , leakage in taps and flush of bathrooms , No responce of complaints by staff , some staff as Mr Deepak restaurant man is okk but OMG Owner Mr Batra is very rude , talks disrespectfully , improper lighting in room , food just okk, never book this hotel , hotel is surrounded by fruit and vegetable shops which makes it even more pathetic and no parking space .

Awful service. Rooms are pathetic and manager behavior in morning was very rude. They don’t even provide the bills for your stay. Please don’t prefer to stay at this location.

This hotel is just superb. My experience was just fantastic. The best thing is that they really care about guests. They make you feel very comfortable. The room provided was very clean. We decided to take some rest midway while coming back to Delhi from McLeodganj. The staff is helpful. It’s an average highway hotel, but the prices of the in room menu are super expensive. The hotel needs a lot of repair work. The good thing is that they have a lot of parking space which can accommodate a good number of vehicles. A good option for people who break their journey for few hours in Ambala.

True professional hotel arrangement near ambala bus stand. Reasonable rate.

Overall furnishing is not well maintained. Smelly Blanket, no hangers in cupboards, room service is poor. I am still waiting for hot water to gargle, which I have requested 2 days back.

My encounter with hotel batra happened by chance . We were on the way to chandigarh . Unfortunately both of our phones network broked . My wife had an very important office call . So i took an unknown route in the middle to the journey just to get some help and we found hotel batra. We just asked them for their wifi network so that she can take her office call . The staff was so helping that they told us to use their wifi network in their lobby .They also gave us all the information on why was the network broken . We were so thankfull to them . I would defenetely stop here some day and stay in this hotel . Thanks a lot to navin sharma ji and the owner of the hotel .
