    Worst service ever got. Very careless people and for more than six months my product is with them but still they are repairing it and they even don’t know how to talk to their customers. How come Samsung have appointed them?

    Accessories rate is high than the actual price because they put labour charges and some other changes even you take only accessories. This is extra burden for customer

    This is the Worst service center that anyone would visit in their life. They took 2 days but didnt stated the work on my tab which I submmited there for repairing but however I got to know that it was all software fault but they use to tell me that it is all battery causing damage.

    It's ridiculous. When ever I called in service toll free number ,excuitve speak next day service engineer will reach at your destination. But until they did not come yet. Please don't make fun and do work.

    I went to Samsung Care Mobile Center in Saharsa to change my mobile battery.I cannot take the risk of the battery as well as the display may break.So what are these caring people? This is better than this, and now we go to the shops.

    Good place, It is a samsung custemer service centre. people comes here with the issues of the samsung smartphone or simple phone.Service centre is good and service is also good.Service centre is on the third floor of the bulding.Here traffic is clear.This area is situate at the purab bazar upper floor of Bank of india,purab bazar branch.

    Staff are very cooperative.... only online location was wrong so it was very difficult to search such place... don't worry just go to first floor of bank of India..... outside banner was not there..... landmark is opposite side of V2
