First of all, when you reach the counter to order your food, don't you expect a warm welcome? Nope, none. The person was not welcoming at all. She neither greeted nor had a nice tone. After we ordered Double smoke shack and Chicken shack, she asked quite rudely, is that all? We decided to order bacon cheese fries and tiramisu shake, frankly because we didn't see those options earlier. This time her response was more rude, "Are you sure, these is all? " Started in a sour note, but the food was good. That's why I am giving a 3 star. Clean and nice ambience. Just hoped the cashier was more professional and had a friendly welcoming attitude. First time ever we tried this place, not sure I will go there again.

This is my first time eating here, I was torn because I didn't think it was going to be good. But to my surprise, when I walked in, I was greeted with good customer service by a young man, and he made me feel welcomed. Even though it was a 15min wait with my order and I was told before I ordered because they were so busy. However it was definitely worth the wait, the food was fired I had the smoke Burger and I even tried the shroom Burger which was fired. They have vegetarian options and they also carry milkshakes which look really good but I didn't get one. However I was impressed by how clean the place was and even the bathrooms were pretty decent. Service was really good and I recommend this place if you have not come yet

I came here to grab a quick bite with my boyfriend after the movies and it was pretty good! The Regular burgers were average but the strawberry lemonade was the best I ever had. It tasted like real strawberries and was super fresh!

Solid burgers & fries, plus great service. The pickup attendant was very helpful in making sure we had all the condiments we needed. The seasonal shakes are usually good, but you can never go wrong with the black and white.

I love coming here to dine-in with friends. It can be a bit pricey compared to other fast food chains, but the service is always pleasant (if you're dining in, they will wipe your table clean, take your trash, get you water/condiments & etc.) This time I went, I got the cheese fries, bacon burger, ginger ale (they only had unsweetened tea) and tried the white wine (dry, but sweet)

It's just okay. The food was not bad, it was not great. It was mediocre. It really wasn't much difficult or better than a fast food burger (McDonald's or Burger King). Value... it's not worth it. There are certainly better options fill you belly and better option of where to spend. This was our first time ever at a ShakeShake and I am sure it will be our only time. Disappointed.

The food here is great and meets the high standards set by Shake Shack. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. It can be busy at times since it is connected to the mall but it is well worth the wait in my opinion. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate a lot of people. If you haven’t had Shake Shack before I would definitely recommend it if you are visiting the mall in Columbia.

Nice little burger shop near the Columbia mall. I'm a fan of their Shroom burger (or if you're feeling adventurous, the Shack Stack to get both a shroom burger and a regular burger), and their fries are good too! My only complaint is that the portion size is just a little bit on the smaller side. Shakes are good too!
