For the longest time, I've wondered why NY pizza and bagels are so superior to other states. Bagel 'n Grinds would suggest it's the water. Here, they have their own in-house water treatment to ultra-purify and remineralize the local Maryland water to taste like that of New York's. I'm not totally convinced it was just like the bagels from home, but these are pretty good. I love that there's a windowed cutout by the waiting line that peers into the kitchen where fresh bagels are being made. I ordered an egg and cheddar sandwich on a sesame bagel and was surprised by how big and fluffy the egg layer was. Service at the counter is quick and efficient, with a good variety of bagels to choose from. We loved the quiet, cozy vibes of the dining area, where there are plenty of tables and sofas to lounge around and chat over breakfast.

Being from Vermont, I got spoiled with awesome bagels (and with ice cream, maple syrup of course)! I was lucky to find Bagel Grinds to have delicious bagels again. While the atmosphere isn't like home or have a cozy charm, it is clean and the customer service is great! The food tastes fresh and wonderful 😊 There is also a large variety of menu items. It gets busy mid mornings and at lunch.

Really great bagels! I got a jalapeño cheddar bagel with egg, sausage, bacon and cheese and it was delicious! The coffee was great as well. I liked how they had a selection of roasts. When you walk into the restaurant you can see fresh bagels being made which is fun.

Great NY feels bagel spot. However if your a coffee lover they have more hot coffees and not as many options when it comes to iced options. I had the Brooklyn bagel and it was good just wish i had added capers. Being that it’s Lox i thought capers usually come standard. Great atmosphere overall

Had the eggstremely meaty breakfast sandwich and the lox bagel. The bagels are very good and sandwiches are ok. Nothing special. The OJ is not Freshly squeezed but still solid juice. Overall had a good experience and would definitely go back again.

As a repeat customer of this cozy bagel shop, I should have known better there were giveaways for leaving a great review. However, I didn't need an incentive because they ARE the best bagel shop east of I295. The staff, the cleanliness, the organization are all properly sorted. Wide selection of coffee too!! Bottom line, they care about their customers because you can see it from the moment they you walking in. They've got bagels of all kinds made fresh on site with a fishbowl view of the process. You won't be disappointed.

Standing ovation to Bagels and Grind! What a great experience! Presentation (a 10 out of 10) and so neat. Ordered online, had my HOT food w/i 15 minutes. Ordered the Bacon egg and cheese w/ everything bagel and bagels w/ cream cheese for the weekend...can I just say, the bagel sandwich was so delicious and so fresh! What a difference of quality in comparison from other businesses. Hey competitors take some notes!

We stopped here this morning and ordered an Eggstremely Meaty and Garden State, both were delicious. I loved their sign above the menu about NY bagels (and I gotta say, pretty accurate -- a little crunch with a chewy center!). The staff was friendly and helpful (we didn't know what we wanted when we got to the front of the line but they were still patient with us) and the indoor/outdoor seating was ample to find a spot with some privacy or mix it up with the locals. Will definitely come here again!

This is our new favorite bagel spot! My boyfriend and I are bagel fanatics and just moved to the area. We were looking for a new local bagel spot and happened upon this place! The staff is so welcoming and friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. We make it a point to come almost every weekend for our bagel fix! Anytime we have family/friends visiting we make it a point to bring them here for some yummy breakfast to end the weekend. We even get some to go and freeze them to eat later in the week. They keep their flavor and taste just as great as in person! 10/10 every time.

Arrived after 8am and the place was pretty busy. Ordered the veggie and sandwich and a few other bagels for my coworkers. They enjoyed their sandwiches. The bagels were warm, soft and not chewy. Will be coming back here again.

Clean and nice staff. Cool to see the bagels being made in the window. We tried three items. Toasted salt bagel with cream cheese, the eggselent meaty sandwich and a latte. I would pass on the sandwich. It’s not made with fresh eggs. The cream cheese was so good on the salt bagel we abandoned the egg sandwich and got a toasted bagel with Cream cheese. Bagels are the way to go.

Loved walking in and seeing the baking bench and sheet tray carts. As well as the giant wall of assorted bagels. Food was excellent, and well priced. Staff was friendly.

Salad never tasted so good! Ordered the Waldorf Chicken, minus the Bleu cheese and raspberry vinaigrette and added cucumbers (extra $1 for cucumbers) and got ranch on the side. Loved the candied walnuts and the grapes and apples were fresh and lasted a couple days! I really liked how there menu online had pictures because it was because of the picture that I ordered this salad. My husband ordered the Chicken Caesar Spinach wrap but he ate it so fast I didn’t get a chance to take a pic. Lol . Look forward to coming back!

Love the bagels my only issue is that each time I go my bagel taste like onion and garlic. I’m pretty sure it’s because they use the same slicer for all bagels. Please stop using the slicer on those strong tasting bagels because not all of us like the taste of onion and garlic on a bagel. Update: Thank you for letting me know I can have it sliced by hand. I will do that for future orders. Love your bagels.

This cute little shop was perfect for a quick breakfast run on our way out of town. My coffee was good. I had a bagel that tasted fresh and not hard as a rock unlike some other places I have been. My husband got a breakfast sandwich that looked really yummy. They cook the bacon in with the eggs so heads up! I wasn't expecting that but it wasn't a bad thing either just different! We would absolutely eat here again!

I love this place. The bagels selection is fantastic and they're fresh and soft but not tough or super chewy. When toasted they are perfection and the cream cheese is sooo good. They aren't stingy either with the cream cheese which is a huge plus. Highly recommend the self serve coffees which are aromatic and delicious. Bonus is that the customer service is great and everyone is friendly.

We love Bagels ‘n Grinds! We first found it after visiting Arundel Mall and loved it so much we made a special trip back from PA just to visit again! The bagels are delish and all the staff were very friendly. It’s so fun watching them make the bagels!

Awesome. Clean. Quick. That have hummus! So dairy free options! They list the ingredients for allergens and that’s just so awesome!

First time trying Bagels ‘n Grinds and it was fabulous. Being a native Texan and never having had anything other than Einstein Bagels & grocery store bagels, I don’t know how much weight my opinion carries, but I can say from a “foodie” perspective, the bagels here are top notch and satiate my craving. They offer great selection, flavorful bagels and creamy, spreadable cream cheese. I’ll be back for sure. I especially was surprised by how cozy this location was, I intend to dine in next visit and try their coffee.

Legit might be one of the best bagels I've had in a long time. Incredibly friendly staff and an immaculate vibe. Would've loved to sit in and enjoy it but we're on a road trip back home so we had to scoot. Definitely stop in if you're in the area!!

I stopped in after not being here for a while. This place has always had great customer service and food. Sometimes if you come at a weird or late time the bagels might be a little tough, but honestly, they are regularly very fresh and the best I've had in this area (being used to a New York bagel myself). Their consistency of high quality in service and product warrants a 5-star review.
