Nice small winery about 40 min outside of Savannah. Good selection of fruit wines, we tried the tasting of wines and drank them outside under the trees. The pear wine makes a great fresh warm weather wine. My suggestion is to buy the whole bottle and enjoy it on the grounds, the bottles are $12 and up and the glasses are $6 up. They serve they bottles in nice cooling buckets with glasses. They offer cheese plates, and sell other snack food in the gift shop. We got the variety pack of cheese straws which were delicious.

My girlfriend and I have been to to a total of four wineries this year and Butterducks has the BEST wine by far! We tried 2 flights of 5 and there wasn't a single one we didn't enjoy. We ended up getting a glass of Sweet Blackberry and the Southern Duck Blush but recommend all of them. We got two flights, two glasses of wine and a bottle all for $56. Compared to other wineries, it was an absolute steal. The scenery wasn't what you'd get in North Georgia, but the staff was so much friendlier and more involved. Butterducks is a must visit for anybody in Savannah and surrounding areas.

Awesome winery I was introduced to a few years ago. I've been a fan ever since! Today I picked up a bottle of Muscadine Rose Wine. So tasty! The staff is supper amazing as well!! They are about 30 minutes outside Savannah, GA. Go check them out!!

Nestled amid tall pines just outside of Savannah in Guyton, GA, Butterducks offers an off the beaten path, peaceful experience with a variety of house made wines and sweet and savory snacks. Whether you like full and dry or light and sweet, this winery has a selection for every taste. Sit outside under their covered patio "Duck Blind" or in the open air pergola seating area and enjoy wine flights, glasses of your favorite selection, or grab a bottle to sip and enjoy. Goldfish crackers are served with every flight but be sure to grab a snack box offering fruit, cheese, crackers, preserves, honey, and summer sausage to compliment your beverages. The owners and staff are wonderfully kind and knowledgeable and will guide you through your visit from start to finish. Bonus points for contributing to a local animal rescue foundation! Prices for their crafts are excellent and their gift shop offers a unique selection of wine glasses, cheese boards, and accessories. All in all a great experience and our new favorite local spot. We live in Florida but visit several times a year so we will certainly be back!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Never been here before.. my Parents and I had a flight... then a glass and split some cheese and crackers. We also got a bottle for at home. Highly recommend.

It's really relaxing and easy to hang out here. The wine tasting is fun and not very expensive and the wine is yummy. You can bring your own snacks which makes for a nice girls day out.

What a fun time can be had during a peaceful visit to Butterduck's. Nestled among high pines, in a quiet area among trees lies an attractive store that doubles as a winery production area. Eighteen years of ups and downs have honed a finely operating winery, capably run by a limited team. Started with fresh Georgia grown blueberries, grapes, peaches and more, the bottle array has grown to includes a full range of white wines (many gold metals!) And reds,such as Merlot, Cabernet and more (also medal-winning). By the tasting flight or by the bottle you can choose fruit and cheese trays or other bites to accompany your wine selection. Head outside to the 'Duck Blind' covered patio and enjoy yourself. Solo or with tables of friends, you'll be at home, settling into a better frame of mind!

Hands down some of the best wine I've found across 6 states. Unmatched in balance and flavors. Try them all... you are guaranteed to love them all. These guys are unlike anything else on the market. I make a special trip every time I'm in the low country, for a case.

It was nice set up for the Valentines weekend special. The wine was great as always and the nice treats they had for the package were yummy. Will be back again soon.

We love this place! The Southern Duck Red is our favorite. Unfortunately, every single time we come, they are out of cheese plates!

Good wine! We each did a flight, and enjoyed it. Talking about buying some bottles before we leave! The patio has a nice view, and the staff was friendly. Not a big busy commercial experience, which I appreciate.

The wine was so good, my favorites were sweet pear and southern duck blush. We will definitely be back for more!

The wine and cheese were both good and so was the scenery but it was like 98ﾟ outside and not enjoyable. Things would have been better if we could have enjoyed them inside

Great wine, great time! Very well priced from wineries we've been to before. I liked how organized the wines were. Easy process when buying flights. They are categorized into sections (example: dry, wet, semi sweet, sweet, and super sweet) so you dont have to wonder what your getting or if you'll like it or not. We ordered two flights and each flight gives a description of each wine your tasting and the price for a whole bottle (average bottle around $12). We will be back soon!

This was a fantastic experience. My wife and I each had a "flight" of wine--a sampler. We enjoyed our wine in their outdoor seating area, which is very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful, willing to answer any questions about the wines available and offer recommendations when asked. We took a bottle of wine home, and will definitely be visiting again!

Absolutely love Butterducks! I have known the owners for most of my life and they are the most kind people and put their heart into all they do. As for the wine, well, run out there and try some for yourself! You definitely won't be disappointed! Anything from dry to sweet to in between! It's hard to pick a favorite, but I love the Southern Duck Blush and White. My hubby loves the Sweet Blueberry. Plus, they have the cutest gift shop!
