This past Saturday May 21st. My wife made a reservation for this hotel. Upon arrival the place looked super dirty and was not appealing. We went to check in and the front desk manager told us to check the room and if we like it we can continue with the process. The room was dirty the walls seems to being recently painted (seems that it was blood) and there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette and mariguana. We decided not to stay and find other alternative. The sad part is that we could not get a refund since we booked through a 3rd party. I would not recommend this place.

I arrived on May 6th on time. the room was not ready, was told to come back in 30 min. came back went upstairs to our room. the room was terrible, smelled, was awful. he offered us to look at a couple more rooms, we did with the same results, hotels.com has a policy of no cancellations. i asked for at least one night refund, the associate said they haven't charged us yet. we found another hotel nearby, stayed 2 nights. hotel.com or the hotel manager both refuse to at least give me one nights refund even though i never stayed one night.. Don't stay there. Don't use Hotel.com either...

Trust the bad reviews. The room was not terrible, but it was not cleaned fully. My wife and I, tired at 1am, discussed what we wanted to do. But we passed the "15 minutes" inspection window for the night worker.. so he wouldn't refund us. He offered us another room, but it had bugs on the floor so we cut our losses and left.

This is an unassuming place to stay although it's not the nicest the rooms are extremely spacious. Parking was easy there was no deposit and it is directly across from the street about 10 restaurants and stores. Also they let me check in way early and the person at the front showed me the room first. Those are the good things the bad thing was that at night it was like a party in the parking lot and did not stop until about 1 am. The other thing is don't think they ever air the places out. I think if they get night security that would be great

Run, run away very fast! This place is disgusting. Roaches ran across the floor as soon as we walked in the room. Bed linens were filthy, tub and sink were filthy. They couldn't pay me to stay there.

My girlfriend booked this through her USAA and somehow it had 4 stars on their site. This is the single most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. They put us in room 103 right next to the check in office. The guy was worried the TV remote didn’t work - but not worried about the cigarette burns in the comforter, the fact people had carved their initials in the side of the fridge or that the smoke detector was removed and there were now exposed electrical wires hanging from the ceiling. He wanted to show us another room, which we refused quickly, and tried to act like he wouldn’t refund us. Called someone who I assume was his boss and spoke another language the entire phone call with us standing there. Just one of the creepiest experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t think I’d stay here unless I was kidnapped at gunpoint and forced to, which ironically is what I think that hotel is used for along with procreating with lot lizards. Stay away.

Terrible service. Front desk guy was rude wouldn't give me an extra towel. I was in town for work. Needed to shower then and 8 hours later after I worked again. Very disappointing that the employee was so dumb about this. Anyway first and last time trying this place. ...There's a reason they're so cheap.

For the price you pay you get what you get as far as service and the rooms go don't expect much from the staff

Horrific experience my stay here has been my last saw the room I was given an booked had to wait an hour before I was able to get the room I requested to see the rn but the man refused anyway he confirmed the reservation before I tried to refund through the app. Poor experience an bad environment for the community.

Told me one price on the phone, saw my car and tried to boost my price up $50. Ac controls didn't work. Cockaroaches in the fridge. popcorn ceiling was falling down. Stained sheets. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless your into that kind of thing.

The rooms were clean but not well stocked. There was a used bar of soap, no shampoo like the ad said. It was a nice room, quiet, plenty of parking. For the price I would stay there again.

It was HORRIBLE! We had roaches everywhere in our room and when we told the front desk guy he didn’t do anything. No offer for a new room... nothing. We immediately checked out again and never saw our money again. It was disgusting!!! It’s not even worth one star.

No hair dryer. No coffee maker. And dirt around the tub. It was so disgusting.. and when I asked for no service (do not disturb) I even asked for the do not disturb sign.. and still don't receive it. I was very unsatisfied. When they entered my room I only received fresh towels. I didn't know what to think. 😠

Paid $160 for two nights. We took a shower the first night and went somewhere the next morning. When we got back they hadn't gave us anymore towels and rags. I told my husband to call the front desk.... the phone wasn't even plugged in🤦‍♀️ it didn't work. It was just... there 🙄 so we had to walk all the way to the front desk at like 9pm.

Room smell of smoke (non smoking room) burn holes in bed spread, roach crawled off bed, linens didn't smell fresh at all. Very run down. The only reason we stayed was because it was close to hospital and 2:30 am check in.

It is a dump, rooms are nasty, you can smell pot ,beds have dirty sheets were they were never was changed. The people working in the office are very rude and nasty Savannah police department is out there all the time because they're always trouble there. It's definitely not a family safe environment.bed bugs are bad too.i didn't want to give this place a one star they need to be closed down period. When u sit on the toilet you fill like u are riding a bucking bull it's not even attached to the floor.
