I
arrived
on
May
6th
on
time.
the
room
was
not
ready,
was
told
to
come
back
in
30
min.
came
back
went
upstairs
to
our
room.
the
room
was
terrible,
smelled,
was
awful.
he
offered
us
to
look
at
a
couple
more
rooms,
we
did
with
the
same
results,
hotels.com
has
a
policy
of
no
cancellations.
i
asked
for
at
least
one
night
refund,
the
associate
said
they
haven't
charged
us
yet.
we
found
another
hotel
nearby,
stayed
2
nights.
hotel.com
or
the
hotel
manager
both
refuse
to
at
least
give
me
one
nights
refund
even
though
i
never
stayed
one
night..
Don't
stay
there.
Don't
use
Hotel.com
either...
