First, when we got there we booked a smoking room on accident and the front desk quickly addressed and fixed our problem. Great start, but it was not long lived. The staff customer service was not so great. Very dismissive, not so friendly and didn't do much to help resolve issues as simple as restocking milk in the fridge for customers. Breakfast was a bit of a misnomer. It was individual cereal packages, mini hostess coffee cakes, individual 8 oz milk cartons, coffee, juice and cappuccino machines. I killed two roaches in our room. There was mild in our bathroom. Seems like the fan didn't work. It's a great place for a one night stay. If your also not going to spend much time in the room, it was a great location and there was lots to do around it. I wouldn't stay again though. Definitely pay more to get more.

When I first checked in they hit me with a $12 fee after I already paid in advance, because they said I booked online. I did not book online I book with my Choice rewards over the phone. There was no Complementary breakfast. They had cereal with no milk and if you wanted bagels, Muffins or a apples you had to pay for them at the bakery that was connected to the hotel. The rooms smelled and it was dirty. We couldn’t even watch TV when we got back to the room. All the channels were blurry. You couldn’t even relax taking a shower because the tub will fill up with water. The worst experience of my life. I’m always booking with my choice rewards they should take this hotel off their list.

We booked the room through Choice Hotels and it was perfect because of its location and price. Based on the photos it didn't look too shabby but we should've proceeded with caution now looking back on all of these reviews. I'm not so concerned about addressing what is considered breakfast, but rather the issue of cleanliness here. My friends checked in on my behalf on the first day and immediately had to switch rooms because of all of the bugs and flies. We were moved to a different room (with noticeably less flies). Even so, the lack of cleanliness in the room was pretty abhorrent. I have stayed in many economy motels/hotels in my time, but this was truly the dirtiest and most poorly kept room I have ever stayed in. Thankfully, the room was only serving as a place to sleep, and not somewhere to hang out all day. Minor issues in the room include a lamp that wasn't working and some of the outlets in the room were truly questionable for usage. Don't get me started on the bathroom. When you're a guest at a hotel (and a paying customer in general) I feel that it is important that you can take comfort in the amenities of your room after a long day of touring and exploration. I don't think I have ever dreaded using the toilet or taking a shower more than I have in this room...it is clear that there are no deep cleanings, as the shower and bathtub combo were still covered in stains and obvious mold growth. One of my friends complained of a "mildewy" smell in the room as well. Nearly every day and night we requested extra pillows and towels, and each time, the front desk revealed that they didn't have extras and was very little help. Very polite about it, but just no help to the situation. Please pay attention to this next part: Instead, one of us went out to ask the housekeeping staff for a pillow. When asked, my friend was handed a stained pillow (like various stains, and was very very gross) with black mold spots all over it. Before handing it to my friend, it was then covered very nonchalantly by the housekeeper with a pillowcase. Like.....WHAT!? I wish I had a photo of it, but I was so mortified that it completely slipped my mind. We brought the pillow to the front desk and the young woman took a photo of it for management and apologized; she didn't seem very alarmed, but understood our frustration. Immediately upon returning to our room, I inspected my own pillow and felt some small relief that I was not sleeping on a pillow for the last three nights that was covered in blood, dirt and or black mold. A huuuuuge relief right there. Overall, the room served its purpose. A place to sleep and that is all. Management really needs to step up their game because I have never been more uncomfortable in a motel/hotel like this in my life and I think my friends can say the same. We will not be staying at any Econo Lodge in the future because of this poor experience. You truly get what you pay for, and I hope that someone sees this and tries to make it right for the future.

My paid for 3 rooms 1 king and 2 doubles. In the king room the bathroom was dirty the refrigerator leaks the microwave dirty and the furniture was old and broken. We wanted to go swimming but the pool was terrible, it looked like fugus growing in it. We had to travel over an hour just to swimming. This place would be great if only they would upgrade the rooms and the pool area. One night my husband and I were awake all night due to other people fussing in front of our room door. When ask to take it down a notch I was disrespected . I will not be coming back to this hotel. If there was away to get my money back I would.

This hotel is under construction. It had new owners. It will continue like this for another year. If you don't like that someone won't always be in the office & day-to-day operations are slower at the moment, then go elsewhere. All in all, it's okay; my kids & I are okay here.

STAY AWAY! This IS NOT an Econo Lodge. Someone bought it and literally tore the signs off the building. The free buffet doesn't exist because the clerk said the eating room is padlocked. The room had bugs on the floor and walls. The bathroom was gross. The parking lot was filled with debris from the signage that was torn down. Would score minus stars if possible!

Stayed here on June 6. Had to switch rooms twice. The first room already had someone there when I opened the door. The second room had bed bugs, lice bugs and body hair all over the bed. The third room was dirty, bathtub had hair in it. By that point I was tired of going back to front desk complaining of room. This place was not worth the $112/night my husband and I paid. My advice to anyone is to stay clear of ECONOLODGE. The pictures that are shown when booking online are very misleading. There is no breakfast, no coffee, no working pool, nothing. Stay at your own risk.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. It is not even close to what the picture shows. When we went into the room there were someone else's socks in the corner of the room. There were dead smashed bugs on the walls. There were roaches dead in the bathroom sink. The dresser drawers were broken not just broken but hanging off the whole dresser. The door didn't even sit secure in the door jam and oh yea there was toilet paper stuffed into the peep hole. We did not feel safe at all!! But the staff was nice and gave us our refund. Those ladies need a raise.

The rooms were sooo worn down. The first room I checked into the keys didn't work. Then once we were let into the room I discovered that the toilet wasn't working (there was not water in it). It smelled like cigarettes even though I asked for non smoking since I have asthma. The next room we checked into there were crumbs all over the bed. The floor was dirty and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated in centuries. There was no way I could stay at this hotel so we checkout and got refunds.

Not clean at all especially during a pandemic where you think they would take extra cleaning precautions between guests. Bathroom was very dirty. Bed sheets were not changed from previous guest with blood stains in the sheets and mattress. When we informed the front desk, they tried to move us to another dirty room. We had to clean our own room. Tv didn't work. Internet didn't work. Door didn't work.It was so dirty that I went and bought a toilet brush for the dirty soiled toilet and a brush to clean the tub. I left those behind because the man that worked there didn't have one when I requested it after asking them for supplies to clean my room after no one came to clean when I complained of the dirty room several times. I brought it to their attention several times. We had to buy a mattress cover, sheets, and a comforter. I gave them 1 star only because 0 stars is not an option. I don't recommend anyone stay here.

Made the reservation and asked for a roll-away bed at the moment of the reservation. The man that made the reservation said they had enough roll-away beds, so I confirmed the reservation. After check-in, which took more than 30 mins, I got to the room and there was no roll-away bed whatsoever. I called and the lady at the front desk told me they had none, and I told her that I made the reservation less than 15mins before getting there and whoever did it told me they had enough. She just repeated, in a rude way, that they didn't had more and just hang up the phone. I got to the lobby very upset because of not having a bed that I needed, and a gentleman heard what I had to said and did his best effort to find a bed for me and help me out with the situation. I'm more than grateful for what he did for me, but definitely WILL NEVER make a reservation with an EconoLodge again. The hotel was dirty in the outside, the room's floor was so dirty that when you walk your feet turned black. The room was supposed to be a non-smoking, and it had a strong smoke smell. The ceiling's painting was chipped and falling in top of you, the bathroom was dirty and the walls stained. It had black mold behind the bathroom door, and the sink was all stained with old soap marks. The complimentary shampoo was used and the tissue paper was opened. The laundry area had a very bad and strong smell, like urine. In top of everything, they charged me a miscellaneous service fee in addition of the room charge and when I asked they first said it was the service fee ($5 per adult), when I told them that in the website the price changed when I added adults so it was already added in the price, they told me that then it was an environmental fee per adult. From an 83 original room charge, plus $10 from the roll-away bed, I ended having charged to my card $134.63. This is a definite scam in so many ways.

So we went to the room when we get in there the hot water in the bathtub was constantly running and would not shut off we did not receive a different room instead they wanted us to wait on maintenance which he had not came after 30 min. Finally they gave us a different room we could not get in the door because the key card lock was not working. So once again we had to wait. The beds are way too small and the mattress' are very uncomfortable. This is not a family oriented business they had someone smoking drugs outside and very shady individuals who live there. It is cheap but not worth the backache and headache you get from sleeping in these beds and trying to get the room that doesn't have broken fixtures. Customer service is not their priority obviously.

Front desk associate was polite to me as I check in but later during our stay my husband witness him cussing a customer out because they need to cancel there reservation. The rooms were okay but could use a better cleaning. The wall are extremely thin and there was a door in our room that connected to the other. I could smell there smoke and they were very loud. I have children and I myself am allergic to cigarettes but my asthma wasn't effected by the smell. There were also cigarette burn on the blankets of our smoke free room. Also at the time of our stay the pool was down we were not informed of this before our stay and would have pay to stay somewhere else if that was known. I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again. Wish I could get a refund. This hotel isn't worth what I paid, very disappointed. [Our stay: May 27 ,2019]

Not worth the stay! We had to change rooms because the tub was not draining, the shower was not working, and there were burn marks on every piece of furniture and tub, even though we requested a non-smoking room. They admitted the pictures are from quite some time ago. Most of the guests are full time residents who need low priced accommodations.
