We
booked
the
room
through
Choice
Hotels
and
it
was
perfect
because
of
its
location
and
price.
Based
on
the
photos
it
didn't
look
too
shabby
but
we
should've
proceeded
with
caution
now
looking
back
on
all
of
these
reviews.
I'm
not
so
concerned
about
addressing
what
is
considered
breakfast,
but
rather
the
issue
of
cleanliness
here.
My
friends
checked
in
on
my
behalf
on
the
first
day
and
immediately
had
to
switch
rooms
because
of
all
of
the
bugs
and
flies.
We
were
moved
to
a
different
room
(with
noticeably
less
flies).
Even
so,
the
lack
of
cleanliness
in
the
room
was
pretty
abhorrent.
I
have
stayed
in
many
economy
motels/hotels
in
my
time,
but
this
was
truly
the
dirtiest
and
most
poorly
kept
room
I
have
ever
stayed
in.
Thankfully,
the
room
was
only
serving
as
a
place
to
sleep,
and
not
somewhere
to
hang
out
all
day.
Minor
issues
in
the
room
include
a
lamp
that
wasn't
working
and
some
of
the
outlets
in
the
room
were
truly
questionable
for
usage.
Don't
get
me
started
on
the
bathroom.
When
you're
a
guest
at
a
hotel
(and
a
paying
customer
in
general)
I
feel
that
it
is
important
that
you
can
take
comfort
in
the
amenities
of
your
room
after
a
long
day
of
touring
and
exploration.
I
don't
think
I
have
ever
dreaded
using
the
toilet
or
taking
a
shower
more
than
I
have
in
this
room...it
is
clear
that
there
are
no
deep
cleanings,
as
the
shower
and
bathtub
combo
were
still
covered
in
stains
and
obvious
mold
growth.
One
of
my
friends
complained
of
a
"mildewy"
smell
in
the
room
as
well.
Nearly
every
day
and
night
we
requested
extra
pillows
and
towels,
and
each
time,
the
front
desk
revealed
that
they
didn't
have
extras
and
was
very
little
help.
Very
polite
about
it,
but
just
no
help
to
the
situation.
Please
pay
attention
to
this
next
part:
Instead,
one
of
us
went
out
to
ask
the
housekeeping
staff
for
a
pillow.
When
asked,
my
friend
was
handed
a
stained
pillow
(like
various
stains,
and
was
very
very
gross)
with
black
mold
spots
all
over
it.
Before
handing
it
to
my
friend,
it
was
then
covered
very
nonchalantly
by
the
housekeeper
with
a
pillowcase.
Like.....WHAT!?
I
wish
I
had
a
photo
of
it,
but
I
was
so
mortified
that
it
completely
slipped
my
mind.
We
brought
the
pillow
to
the
front
desk
and
the
young
woman
took
a
photo
of
it
for
management
and
apologized;
she
didn't
seem
very
alarmed,
but
understood
our
frustration.
Immediately
upon
returning
to
our
room,
I
inspected
my
own
pillow
and
felt
some
small
relief
that
I
was
not
sleeping
on
a
pillow
for
the
last
three
nights
that
was
covered
in
blood,
dirt
and
or
black
mold.
A
huuuuuge
relief
right
there.
Overall,
the
room
served
its
purpose.
A
place
to
sleep
and
that
is
all.
Management
really
needs
to
step
up
their
game
because
I
have
never
been
more
uncomfortable
in
a
motel/hotel
like
this
in
my
life
and
I
think
my
friends
can
say
the
same.
We
will
not
be
staying
at
any
Econo
Lodge
in
the
future
because
of
this
poor
experience.
You
truly
get
what
you
pay
for,
and
I
hope
that
someone
sees
this
and
tries
to
make
it
right
for
the
future.
