HARD TO FIND!!! Sits way off the street view. Missed it twice cuz we couldn't see it. Burn holes in blankets & covers. Floor turned my pink socks dirty brown. Loud rap music all night. Doors slamming. Woke up to 3 COP CARS in the parking lot!!! Alot of drug activity! And all for a mere $246. a night!!!! Includes a $50 pet fee.! Needless to say . . .

My room wasn't the best, however, I enjoyed it. There was not a lot of noise from neighbors. I didn't get a chance to experience what everyone else has been talking about. My room was clean. I didn't see any mold or mildew. Yes, the cable could have been better, but it was worth the price.

We've been here for a month now & I have no complaints. The place in general is fine, there aren't many people, I feel safer here than the old Econo Lodge on Gateway Blvd.

If you can stay away PLEASE do so! I do not know how this hotel has a 3.5 star rating... We had to switch rooms because the first room they put me and my boyfriend in was a "smoking-room" (when I requested a non-smoking) and it had a moldy smell, the second "non-smoking" room they put us in also had a similar smell. We turned the AC full blast to try and get the smell to go away but it did not work. The bathroom was disgusting and the ceiling was ripped, the TV remote did not work and even tho I had to physically press the buttons on the TV for the volume those wouldn't work either. Both the beds were stained, one with some black weird stain and another stained with blood! I woke up at 3 AM to what I thought was a roach right next to my pillow, only to find out the next day it was a bed bug, which bit my arm and my boyfriends' back. Do not stay here! It's gross and the front desk staff was rude when we asked to switch rooms, plus they charged us an extra $17 for the switch of rooms! Look for another hotel, it was not worth it.

Nice little quiet hotel. The owners were nice and helpful. It was clean when we arrived but they don't clean your room daily. They did bring us fresh towels and removed the used ones. The carpet needs to be cleaned because it smelled like old cigarettes and wasted liqueur. We had to Lysol the place before I could get comfortable.

The rooms are big and clean Meghan and the staff especially Ish the housekeeper are very nice and make you feel at home! I feel welcome always makes me want to stay. Even though things need spruced up a bit the hotel will always have my business, Thank you

It's okay not family like it's for single workers who needs a place to sleep tubs are filthy despite there's a house keeping that harassing people every day

Compared to the last motel I was in before this was nice cleaner non smoking room. Have a microwave iron and board even blow-dryer And an ice machine. Was quiet and no drama.. I didn't have to spray or dust 3 inches of dust off the headboard much better than my last hotel encounter even stayed an extra night as it was affordable

We paid $250 for 5 hrs of sleep. The blankets had cigarette burns all over them. The shower was messed up, the room smelled bad, and there was thick dust covering the couches. It was a horrible stay. I tried to talk to the manager, but she was rude. NEVER staying there again.

I felt safe staying here but cleanliness was a little off. I was ok for 3 nights because we were not in the room much.it was close to the beach and food places. So in a pinch I'd stay again.

You can’t beat the price! The customer service is excellent! the room was clean no bugs it’s a older hotel in the mist of renovations so the wear and tear is normal! This place served the purpose for a quick over night stayYou won’t be disappointed!

Stay there when I was on a business trip when I first got there I didn't think it was going to be something that I would like but the lady at the front desk she was very nice polite sweet the rooms were clean the sinks were clean tub the beds were comfortable fresh sheets the floors were clean and the housekeeper Miss Crystal she was amazing she made sure that I was comfortable I had everything I needed she went over and Beyond to make sure I was happy she had amazing attitude the only thing I didn't like about it was they had no snack machine I most definitely will stay there again

They went through the trouble of remodeling the room and left up thread bare drapes and a permanently dirty tub.

Room was clean, but shower was terrible. Kept awake by yelling and noisy neighbors. Girl at desk was not very friendly.

Definitely wasn't how it was advertised... But the room was nice and updated. We bought two queen beds but got two full-sized beds. That sucked. And the bath tub was natrocious. Stained for dear God couldn't and woudnt shower

This is by far a very great motel to stay in shortly. The front desk owners were very kind and acknowledged our concerns. The manager actually helped us find a great restaurant nearby and we loved it!!! The rooms were very clean as well. it was worth staying at Relax inn.

People in office are rude. Rooms are enough to be considered a motel. Everyone is nosey. Very outdated.

Rooms a little pricey but convenient location. Left a couple bags on accident but they kept them for safe return. God bless.

Me and girlfriend went to spend the day and night there it was and there were no satisfaction for the services this place charged us $150.00 dollars for a room that was terrible but there's no refund which I think is price gouging from $85.00 a day to $150.00 dollars on Friday and Saturday see photos for more.
