I love this store! They always have so many great deals!!!

Great place to shop for women's clothes!!! Very clean!! But, very few children and baby clothes selection which was purpose of trip.

Wow! Where is everything? The selection, the little stocking stuffers and all the deals they typically have this time of year were gone ... Not to mention there are hardly any cashier stations now. Sad 😢

Online inventory incorrect. No email to tell you an order has been cancelled. When calling customer service, told it could be a “variety of reasons” and tried to blame my credit card that has been working just fine before and after purchasing on their website. They just didn’t have a reason it was cancelled on their computer. I would be very wary ordering online from this company again.

I love Belks and I realize short of staff issue. BUT I was in the store today and asked for a price on a item, there was no one of then register hut me...the clerk was so rude, and she surely did not to be interrupted from folding jeans and socializing with another clerk!!! She told me download the Belk app and check prices and check and check discounts!!! I did not WANT TO download the app which would take ALOT of time on my phone!!! She was a total rude person and I told her to just FORGET it and went to another register to s very nice person!!! No sense in this. I have been a customer for years and never felt so angry 😡😡😡😡

The hospitality here is so great, what it's supposed to be. Got measured for a tux for a wedding out of town and was just a great experience...and they didn't even charge me! Don't even bother going to the tailors on the island, just go here.

" Gentlemen " HHI Belk is not your average Belk. It's a Wemen"s and Children's Only store. No mens wear! My wife liked it alot.

Nice facility. Most of the staff was courteous, however, there were two that was rude and one of them tried to overcharge me and was rude when I pointed it out to her. Sad, because it's a nice facility.

Found a swimsuit quickly for my daughter to wear to the beach (unprepared for the day!) And the sweet clerk let her put it on after I paid so she didn't have to change later!

Unfortunately, they place discounts around the store next to different clothing items, but the discounts are very misleading. I bought a pair of shoes that was right next to a sign that said 40% off, but when I checked out, the cashier informed me that the discount was meant for other shoes nearby so I had to pay full price. It seems like a pretty unethical way to generate business, so I will not be returning.

Ordered a pair of Shoes online and wasn't crazy about them. Went to Belks shoe department to return. The barcode on the receipt didn't register but Sandra and another lady whose name I can't remember (sorry about that,) worked and completed my return. Great customer service! Love Belks.

Terribly disorganized store. Associates are clearly miserable working there. They take it out on customers. There is usually only one working register in the store. They seem to move which one it is regularly. Worst Belk I've ever experienced. The only reason it got two stars is it was open and the dress I was seeking.

Very unorganized in every department. Shoe department is extremely small with very little selection and no one to help you and get your size from the back. However, they were having some great sales. The jewelry department was horrible. There was no one in the entire department at all and I was there for quite some time. No one even attempted to help me at the counter. When my daughter and I were ready to check out I was extremely close to leaving it all because not one sales associate in the entire store had spoken to us, tried to help us, or even smiled at us. However as we were approaching the exit we went by one last customer service desk and the associate there went out of her way to speak to us, offer to check us out, initiated genuine conversation and was extremely helpful with coupons and everything! It is solely because of that one associate that I spent my money at this location and the reason I rated it 2 stars(otherwise I would've given it ZERO).

The store was ok short staff n few there didn’t want to work , the thought chatting with each other was better than assisting customers. Good items available compared to other bells whose stock is below standard with quality n brand.. guess I need to make sacrifice to ride to HH for stock n hopefully ladies sitting around chatting will work.. there was an island lady in juniors dept she was phenomenal on my second visit.. keep it up

I didn't shop the entire store. I was able to purchase what I was shopping for. I went at around 10:30am on a weekday. The area I shopped was tidy. The store was not overly crowded and there was no wait to check out. The app is great to use. You can scan items to see their sales price and use coupons sent to you in the app towards your purchase.

Nice mid priced department store. Clean and well stocked. If you're a plus size woman, they have a huge selection.

Came to HHI this week. Our resort has several beautiful hot tubs, and of course I forgot my swimsuit! Trying to find a swimsuit in January is a bit of a wild goose chase, but Belk saved the day!! They actually have a great selection of swimsuits, even in January! So thankful!

The store itself was nicer & better stocked than I expected, would have given it a 4 or 4.5 but... the cashier, when I found one, was extremely rude! Here is what she said about a pricing issue "at least I told you before I rang it up." I ask if she had already had others with the same issue and knew about it maybe she could at least let a manager or someone know so that it could be corrected, her responce again "not my job, I am paid to stand and ring up customers"! Because of her I do not plan on returning to that location again.

You would be surprised on some of the deals you can find here, the staff are really helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because you have to download their app to get the deals, how annoying

Helpful & courteous staff, some more on the ball than others. Understaffed facility so check-out lines are not uncommon. The selections & quality are better than average especially for the store size and the sales are quite good.

This is a must visit everytime I visit the island. 90 percent of my entire wardrobe has been purchased from Belk. The price is always right. A+

Belks is really not the same quality department store it used to be. The store no longer carries the clothing brands and cosmetic lines that made it a "go to" place on HHI. The retail staff are friendly and try to be helpful but they are overwhelmed as the store is woefully understaffed. Keeping the merchandise organized and "fresh" looking is difficult given the dwindling numbers of employees on the sales floor. Between the reorganization/bankruptcy and the physical separation of the mens clothing and housewares Belks seems to be on unsure footing. A shame given it is the only department store on the island.

Great deals, very neat, organized and great customer service!! I shopped here at this location 2 days in a row! The manager Daphnie was very nice, professional and helpful, thank you sooo much Janice! Janice helped me and my friend find great deals while shopping and even assisted us with updating our Belk card.

This location is set up weird because the men's department is in a completely different building. I was wondering around the "ladies building" for about 10 minutes walking in circles attempting to find the men's department. No one offered help with locating it. Turns out it is about two buildings down. When I did get to the men's department, one of the associates accused me of leaving trash in the changing rooms while I was trying on blazer jackets. That was very startling and rude. Last time I checked blazers do not have trash from packaging so it couldn't have been me... Their only saving grace is their selection and prices.
