I came from afar to pick up my ring and the vendors had their doors almost closed, which surprised me since on the page it says that they close at 9 pm and it was 7:10 pm. In addition to that they were inside and I knocked on the door to ask them what time they had for the next day and despite standing there for more than 30 minutes they were unable to open the door to ask if I needed anything even when the saw me. They were impolite, definitely bad attention from the sellers

Have bought from here several times over the years... stopped in this time just to grab a not so expensive silver necklace for my daughter. She has a diamond charm that I got her but the necklace broke... The guy who helped "5 stars" you would have thought I was buying a $20k ring he was just awesome I wasn't gonna leave a review but that guy was just a great sales associate that I had to... If I think of his name I'll post it.

First off the floor staff needs to be changed out immediately. Where to start, it took a total of 2 months to get the ring. Sent it out to upgrading the center stone and setting, one week later than expected and the setting was never changed. Try number two, late again and the brand new ring was marred terribly thus needed to be sent out for repair...a brand new ring. Sales lady tried to have me take the damaged ring as if nothing happen. If time would have allowed I would of returned everything and never looked back. I don’t even trust the incompetent staff to clean or inspect the ring now so I’ll be gladly paying another company to do so.

Well the place has some issues Had an appointment for cleaning and inspect of jewelry they asked us to make the appointment some they had time to do the cleaning and inspect then they opened 20 minutes after our appointment time. The manger was so rude when they did open like it was our fault they opened late and hadan appointment open

Wasted 45m standing there while multiple customers walked out. Two representatives were with 2 customers the whole time and didn’t address anyone else at all. Thank you for wasting my time as well as others

I want to give a shout out to Zales Outlet in Bluffton, SC. Store manager Diana Tarulli went above and beyond with her customer service. We recently had my husbands wedding ring resized (after wearing it too big for over a year), it was finished and we went to pick it up last week. While at the store I asked Diana if she could clean the ring my husband got me for Christmas over a year & a half ago purchased around the same time. She asked if it needed to be inspected as it needed to be done every 6 months to meet the guarantee requirements. I said, sure. I didn’t have the paperwork with me and she couldn’t find it under my name or my husbands. There was no record of it! Because she remember us, and remembered our story of why the ring was purchased (in memory of my oldest sons death), she was able to go through the back door of the system using dates & numbers to find our purchase. It took a few minutes but it was worth it! I also asked if she could clean and inspect my wedding rings that were purchased in another state from a different jeweler (who we had a very bad experience with and will never go back)! She said, “ABSOLUTELY”! We chatted about life, family & health. Diana’s personality & detail to customer satisfaction is the reason we would highly recommend Zales in Tanger! 💍♥️💎Diane & Dennis

I usually send my husband to IDC for all my jewelry in Savannah, but I will be sure to send him to the HHI location to see these ladies! Kindness and the willingness to help can definitely change up brand loyalty in a consumer. Proof of that today!

Mrs. Kathy & Mrs. Kelsey were both amazing! They are very patient, understanding and knowledgeable about the jewelry selections. We went on vacation and needed to upgrade my wedding set so we stopped in to see what we could find and received an amazing deal! The deals and service that both of these ladies provided were so excellent that we even went back the next day to buy my husband a black onyx that he couldn't keep his eye off of. I would just like to highlight the great service we received at the Zales in Bluffton South Carolina from the store manager Diana Tarulli. The store was very crowded and we had brought in a diamond to have authenticated. Even though we weren’t there to purchase anything, she still treated us with respect and provided excellent service. Had the pleasure of shopping at this store a couple of weeks ago for my anniversary. All staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products….. even there more ostentatious lines of jewelry! Unfortunately I forgot the name of the salesman that helped me but it felt good to get good quality jewelry and talk to someone educated enough to use the ostentatious properly in a sentence. I will definitely be bringing them more business in the future considering when my items were rung up I realized that I had saved close to 70% by the time it was all said and done. Thanks guys my wife loved her presents and hasn’t taken them off since she put them on.

Came in to get my ring clean. The lady tells me next time come in later because something is still hot and that they just opened at 11am. Change your hours on google and answer your phones. Hours online says 10am to 9pm. I called no one answered. It’s always an issue at this location. If this is the only time I can come then this is the time I am coming. They rather do a sale than do cleaning, well why offer warranty. This is the only place close to me and I hate it.

Online says store opening at one time upon drive an hour a. Thirty mins ago for them to say not open come back at 11am wow to get no notification about my item being back an ready for pick up over an month I had to keep calling just wont pick this location again
