Their woodfire pizza was delicious but the menu topping options are limited, we wanted Pineapple and Shrimp, which they don't carry. The order came out quick and our server, Emmy was extremely kind and knowledgeable of the menu. A special memory for the kids was when she brought them out pizza dough to play with. They kept talking about it even after we left the restaurant. The other team members seem like they like their job because everyone seemed to be getting along well with friendly smiles and laughter. That difference made Local Pizza a place I will come back too.

Was blown away at the pie. Great taste, however was charged $4/Diet Coke. I drank 4 of them and the server never told me they weren’t free refills…. At what restaurant in todays world don’t they do free refills…. I paid $12 for my diet drinks. What a way to ruin a great experience. Beware.

This is classic football pizza. Some pies were a little burnt but overall pretty good. Our party loved the Buffalo chicken dip.

I have been coming to Hilton Head Island with my family for over 20 years. On our arrival day, we always grab something quick. I wanted to try a new pizza place. So, I googled and found Local Pie Woodfired Pizza. It was easy to order online for carry-out and pick-up was a breeze! The pizza is hands down the best pizza my family and I have had on the island! We will definitely eat here again. The staff was friendly! The pizza was hot and fresh!

1st day in after a 12 hour drive, and wanted pizza. This is considered one of the best on Hilton Head. That being said, we were seated and pretty much forgotten. The hostess finally came in and asked if our server took our drink order, which she hadn't. She took our order of drinks and appetizer. They arrived, but then we were forgotten again, to the point we considered leaving. The hostess came back, asked if we had our orders taken, for which we hadn't. Instead of apologizing, she commenced to complain and take our order. The pizza arrived, and admittedly was very good. The table was so wobbly that even pizza was tough to eat, as it wobbled very badly. All in all, the pizza was very good, and I can only hope it was just a bad night for whoever our server was supposed to be, as I really don't want to feel like a burden to someone that is supposed to be our server.

Efficient, friendly service (thank you Luka et al). Pizza and Caesar salad were fantastic. Chewy, perfect crust with excellent sausage (1/2) and mushroom (1/2) toppings, loved the house made sauce in addition to fresh, extra, house made mozzarella. A previous reviewer mentioned it being half empty....this place is slightly off the beaten track and we appreciated the seating and service. A local told us about this place and we were so glad! Worth the extra 5 min drive. Definitely on our return to list!

Had a great meal. Super family-friendly -- dough balls for the kids were a nice touch -- and delicious pizzas and apps. Nice craft beer selection, too! 🌟🍻

Do not order carry out and sit at the bar. The bartender Tanner was great however we waited over 2 hours for our carryout order and saw multiple families sit down, eat and leave and still no pizza. The pizza was good but don't sit at the bar, they will keep you there forever. Giving 2 stars because the pizza and drinks were good but the service from the cooks were turtle speed for takeout.

My family and I really enjoyed our food here despite seeing several reviews saying the pizza was burnt. Because it's a stone oven, it's not going to be perfectly fluffy pizza. So if you like thick crust and and lightly baked pizza, this isn't your place. Otherwise, come try this restaurant. The pizzas tastes excellent. They used quality ingredients, such as olive oil, good sauce, and so on. The restaurant was clean, and the waitress was very friendly. The only drawback was the music. It was playing quite loud inside, so we sat outside where it was a little quieter. If you're wanting pizza, do try this restaurant.

Good price. Mr Maitake pizza was quite good. The seasonal pizza was meh. The pizza dough just doesnt have the neapolitan flavor. Just missing something water, flour used, yeast or something. Wood fired and cooked well. Salad was okay but store purchased croutons so nothing special. Likely the best you can get in Hilton Head.

We ordered delivery, so I think it would have been even better if we had dine in. The Fried Cheese was excellent. The wings could have been a little more crispier but they had good flavor. The salad and ranch dressing were good. The pizza was excellent portion size and taste.

This place was hopping on a Sunday night but everything was well executed. Cheerful staff that seated us quickly, brought us drinks, brought the salad out first but the pizza quickly after. The portion was just right- we shared a salad for three people with two 10” pizzas. The place had good parking, outdoor and indoor seating, was spacious/airy and lively without being annoyingly loud. Nice bar area and TVs.

We ordered a Mediterranean salad and a Little Bear pizza, they didn't disappoint they both were outstanding! The place was not very busy at 7pm on a Wednesday so we got to ear and enjoy our dinner on the outdoor patio. Conveniently located next to an ice cream place if you still have room after, lol, not me! Highly recommend!

Great service and the pizza was 👌 The crust was the star and lived up to the woodfired promise. The suace and other ingredients were quality and it came out perfect! We went on a Wednesday and the restaurant was not very crowded, so we sat right away. Our waitress was very attentive and personable, which is much appreciated in the world today. Pricing was all reasonable and would have been even better during happy hour. Highly recommend and will return when I'm back in Hilton Head!

Delicious pizza! Great service! I wish I got the name of the guys that sat us and our server, but both were funny and fantastic. The pizza tastes great, same with the knots! I got a 10” pepperoni and bacon, the crust was perfectly crispy and doughy, exactly like I’d expect wood fired pizza to be. Haven’t tried any other pizza places in HHI, when I do they have a high bar to reach. Definitely will be recommending this place to everyone I hear mentioning any trips to HHI. Thanks guys!

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The pizza was phenomenal - excellent crispy, flaky, and flavorful crust, and perfectly cooked. Our server, Steph M., Was so thoughtful and kind. She brought my toddler a pizza tray with some dough and flour to play with while we waited. In addition to that, she slipped my wife a note, asking if it was okay to ask about dessert in front of our kid. This is an excellent spot, highly recommend, and will be back whenever we are in.

Excellent little pizza shop here on HHI. Get the knots and whatever pizza you like. Good beer available also so try something new. Great wait staff also (thanks Brynn!)

One of my favorite pizza places ever! It's just really, really good pizza! The crust is thin and perfectly charred.
