Tammy
was
an
amazing
waitress.
So
very
personable
and
helpful!
She
answered
all
our
questions
with
an
ease
and
confidence
that
many
servers
do
not
have.
Her
knowledge
of
the
menu
as
well
as
suggestions
for
wines
was
extremely
helpful!
As
for
the
food,
so
very
delicious!
The
tomato
and
mozzarella
appetizer
with
a
basil
pecan
pesto
was
amazing.
I'm
usually
hesitant
on
pestos
as
they
aren't
extremely
flavorful,
but
the
chef's
mixture
was
so
on
point,
full
of
flavor.
The
escargot
was
also
on
point!
My
friends
had
the
swordfish
entree
and
the
monkfish
entree.
Both
were
incredible,
as
was
my
Redfish.
The
sauces
on
each
entree
wreathed
extremely
well.
The
scalloped
potatoes
and
seasoned
vegetables
were
a
great
pairing
for
the
entrees.
Desserts
were
phenomenal!
The
berry
cobbler
was
full
of
various
berries,
topping
a
with
cream
glaze
and
whipped
cream
topping
it
all.
The
Pave
au
chocolate
was
creamy,
and
delicious,
toped
with
a
homemade
whipped
cream
and
fresh
blueberries.
My
friend
got
the
flan,
and
was
a
little
nervous
about
it
as
she
feels
most
fans
have
an
alcohol
taste,
but
she
was
happily
surprised,
as
the
flan
was
creamy,
slightly
sweet,
and
a
perfect
end
to
our
dinner.
The
coffee
paired
extremely
well
with
our
desserts,
being
great
straight
black,
and
just
as
good
with
a
bit
of
cream
and
sugar.
The
roast
is
a
blend
especially
made
by
The
Grind,
a
local
coffee
roaster...which
we
have
gone
by
and
checked
out
earlier
in
the
week
(purchasing
a
pack
of
coffee
there
as
well).
Overall,
this
was
a
perfect
dinner
and
evening
for
my
girl
friends
and
my
last
night
on
the
island.
