I am Italian living abroad. I’ve just called up this hotel to see when/if the natural Acqui terme spa is planned to reopen for the upcoming spring/summer season 2023. The person answering the phone was as unprofessional as you can get.I honestly thought I rang someone’s house! 😳. My heart breaks to know the potentials of this natural spa and the continuous incapability of its management to do a decent job running it. The relentless mismanagement of this gem has finally brought this place to total waste. I was in Acqui Terme only a few days ago. The natural spa buildings are abandoned. If I think how glorious this place was when I was a child, my heart truly breaks. This is what happens when employees know they are not required the least professional effort on their job as they’ll never be fired no matter how unprofessional/rude they can be on their job. This is the natural consequence of the deepest corruption which, in combination with the C19 pandemic, has finally brought not only Acqui Terme to its knees but the entire nation too. This place is a gold mine completely trashed and disrespected. It could be the source of so much wealth for so many. Acqui, you clearly need a good clean up from top to bottom though! Shame!

Our stay at Hotel Acqui was truly special. The food is made with such love and care and is all homemade and delicious. I especially appreciated that they took special care with our son who has a nut allergy. Every single member of the staff is kind and helpful. The massage was just wonderful, and throughout the hotel there is an absolute commitment to well-being and kindness. We appreciated every moment there and could not recommend this place more highly.

What a wonderful stay we had at the Hotel Aqui.  Check in was easy and efficient with our hosts who spoke good English and even made me a cappuccino after our long drive. The hotel was immaculate, there was a mini fridge in our room as well as a bathrobe and slippers.  They have a wonderful rooftop spa room with Jacuzzi hot tub set to about 95ﾟF as is customary for European hot tubs.  There was also a wonderful sauna and relaxing lounge chairs both outside and inside. Breakfast was abundant and you can order eggs or omelets as well as the bread yogurt etc.  Don't miss the delicious bacon! And they make a wonderful very frothy cappuccino. Friendly and very efficient attentive staff. Internet wasn't strong enough in our Jr. Suite but I was able to connect in the lobby. We spent two quiet relaxing nights and will happily return.

Superb hospitality from manager Kelly and her staff! Stayed there for 2 weeks for work. Each day the meals was wonderfully prepared from family recipes, they were delicious, always fresh and quite varied. The hotel’s location is very central in this charming town of Acqui Terme.

The staff was amazing, the food was wonderful, and during my 12-day stay I was totally satisfied in every way. I would highly recommend to anyone, and hope to return next summer. Additionally, location is perfect and within walking distance to just about anything you would want in Acqui Terme. Just a quick update-- we returned again this year-- it was if anything- even more fabulous!

This was one of the absolute cleanest hotel we‘ve ever stayed in (eg they wet-mop ALL FLOORS every day!). The staff and family was super kind and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, cozy and quiet. 10/10 recommendation!

Where should I begin? The hospitality, the food, the location and more were all excellent! Kelly, Ariana, Arora and the whole staff made my stay like home away from home. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel run by a very sweet family. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again. Very good Covid precautions and it was good to see all the sustainability initiatives implemented by the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a pearl. Great location. The single room is comfy and spacious, with a nice bathroom. There is a lovely terrace where one can relax and get some sun, or enjoy the hydromassage and sauna. I had a series of massages and a wonderful facial, which I recommend! At breakfast you will be welcomed by the staff who are at your service. In the evening, if you do not feel like going out, the restaurant serves good local dishes. I was made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will be back!

Hotel Acqui felt like a home away from home. Amazing food and service. Very attentive staff. I hope to stay here again.

Nice, little wellness (sauna, whirlpool, massage) with sunny terrace on the roof top. Very good breakfast with egg dishes and fresh fruit salad prepared to order. Very friendly and engaged stuff.

Fantastic stay!!! I was here for two weeks. The food was the best in the area! Not one meal was ever repeated in the entire stay. Staff was amazingly friendly and the owner, Gianna a darling person who made everyone feel at home. Stay here. It is simply the best place to stay. Amazing and I will be coming back.
