This review is for the Banter store in Menlo Park Mall. The store is really nice and Shaun helped me. He was super friendly and really took the time to listen to me and help with ideas and suggestions. I will definitely be going back there again soon!

Berlian gave me a really great experience while shopping for a bracelet & ring. She took her time in really finding what I was looking for. I shop all my jewelry with Banter & because of her service, I will continue to do so; especially whenever I can with her.

I had a small issue with a purchase from one of the locations I tried to resolve it a week prior was told that it wasn’t possible. I returned a week later to and spoke to someone who was able then to resolve my problem. I found out later that she wasMs. B. Soto, the store manager. She was very personable and helpful. If only for her I would return in the future for a purchase.

Ashley was very informative and knowledgeable about the products and piercings in general. She taught me the difference between titanium, stainless steel, and gold products. I happily left with 14k nose rings. Give my girl a raise!

Wonderful experience with Ms. Berlian as she was able to assist me swiftly and answer all my questions and concerns. If you want earrings, I definitely recommend this store!

Sayema and Mari were the sweetest and kindest. Sayema helped me so much with picking out a chain for my new pendant. We need more people like them!
