I have purchased from this website twice my first experience was great, I ordered a 2 trimmer blades they came quick in a small envelope no problem at all. Now the second time I ordered from them I had to say I had a bad experience I ordered a pair of clippers that came in a big box with no bubble wrap or anything similar to protect the product from moving around inside the box, box was a little damage but the clippers looked ok so I decided to try it out, clipper came with problems from the switch it won't turn on some times and had to keep switching on/off to make it start. they wouldn't accept returns cause I had use the clippers, now I have to wait and deal with the manufacture to claim the warranty. All this could have been avoided if they would've use proper wrap when shipping it.

My husband purchased a product from them only to be sent an empty package. It was only a $5 purchase but you expect to receive what you paid for. Never again, scam company.

Everything I order . Either breaks .. or is defective. I ordered 2 sets of jrl . Like a years ago both sets broke within a week. I just ordered a nexxen airbrush 2 days it was broken . I used and cleaned after every use . I also ordered the rose gold low pro Babyliss. And both the Clipper and trimmer sound like lawn mowers . They refuse to replace or answer my messages.
