Whoever is working now (tall woman black hair) she is extremely rude. Guess whoever she was texting upset her.

Came here today to get a needle and thread, for some reason the girl sent me next door to the dollar tree. Dollar tree didn’t have it so when I went back over to Sally’s the girl opens the door and says sorry we are closed. I responded aren’t you the girl that sent me to dollar tree to get needle and thread. She’s like no the other girl did. I said can I buy one and she says “unfortunately we are closed”. I said okay thanks and went to my car I sat in my car to look up other places and I look out my window and the same girl that told me unfortunately they were closed was in the door way talk to a random man that pasted by. So you mean to tell me you can run your mouth to a man but you can’t help a customer. EWLK & Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Awesome experience with Jess ! She was so kind and helpful. She helped me pick out a color that works so well with my skin tune and it was just what I was looking for .. perfect color! She also helped me with my other beauty needs and recommend great products that work really well for me. Thank you Jess, hope I catch you next time.

Customer service representative was nice. I gave 2 stars because Sally's is just too expensive!

The Princeton store was ghastly to me. My Sally Beauty card did not have a phone number attached to it. She told me I had to give her one or the Sally Beauty card would not work. Then she told me that the 2 items I bought were not buy one get one half off as the sign said because she was not honoring my card. I walked out with nothing. I went to a different store and had none of that rudeness!!

The woman who waited on me was so nice and to date this was the best Sally's experience I've ever had!!! Would definitely recommend their location
