I had been wanting to go to this place for so long. It is located in a very busy street of Freehold, this area is very popular and have great crowd walking by. Ample of parking space behind this plaza. The interior is very cute and the staff is great. The service was top notch. The staff is very well spoken and treat you the best possible way. Rock Shrimp Tempura and Chicken Karaage were great and highly recommended on the menu. Spicy Miso Ramen was great, but the Nagoya Shoyu Ramen wasn’t as great as the other dishes. It just wasn’t a balanced bowl for me. I wouldn’t order that again. But I will come back to try Rock Shrimp.

Love this restaurant. Been multiple times now and it’s always very good. The restaurant is small and very clean giving a great atmosphere. Spicy vegetarian miso is amazing highly recommend as well as burnt garlic base.

A very extraordinary experience with dim lights and minimalist design. No unnecessary details but not boring either. It helps you concentrate on what you're eating and enjoy it more. Food was delicious. Every single item we tasted was satisfying enough to come back at a not-so-late time.

I had the vegetarian spicy miso ramen and it was absolutely delicious! Everyone else was also pleased with their dishes. The service was fast and the waiters were kind. They even brought me a bowl of free ice cream because it was my birthday. Will come again!!

Went in with my brother. The staff is friendly. They were attentive and professional. My brother ordered the Shoyu Ramen; they forgot to add an egg to it but fixed the problem right away when I pointed it out. I got the chicken karage, and it was phenomenal. I will be using this place as my go-to when I want good ramen

This place was unexpected and absolutely delicious. The decor was clean and comfortable and the food amazing. I highly recommend! My bill came and I thought it was a mistake because the prices were so reasonable.

Our experience here was all around amazing. We walked into the most beautifully designed dining room with upscale ambiance. The bao buns were so flavorful and the ramen was delicious, especially the soy sauce egg! Will definitely patron again.

The Tonkatsu ramen here was great, but being a regular to ramen shops, the vibes and the experience was lacking. The sparse decor and the spaciously placed seating made the space too loud for me. A chair dragging along the floor easily echos across the room. We weren’t able to be seated at the main area. The layout of this restaurant wasn’t made for fast service. It’s very spaced out. So this place isn’t ideal for groups of 3 or more. Unless you don’t mind sitting in the echoey back room. I’m used to ramen bars with tightly spaced seating, fast service. Waiters within sight and busy pouring hot tea, bussing out hot bowls of ramen. That experience was very different here. The ramen broth is a good replica of many good ramen places. Slightly watery and lacking in the feel of sufficient pork bone collagen broth, which is rare to find in many ramen places that don’t boast about their broth. I’d encourage you to try the ramen if you have a craving. Location wise, they are possibly the most authentic ramen in the area.
