An excellent experience. Consultation was scheduled within 24 hours of my call. Igor arrived on time and dedicated more than one hour to thoroughly go over the necessary details. My order was placed on the same day, and installation was completed by Igor within 5 weeks. The overall service was outstanding-highly recommended.

I contacted V-lonne Window Fashions to see if they offered repair services for verticle blinds not purchased from them (orig co closed down many years ago). I spoke to Oded and he said they did and he explained the service charge fee. After I explained what what the issue was (broken slat pin), he said they would try to replace the pin, but if they are unable to, given the age of the track, it would be more inexpensive to just get a new track rather than take the old one in for repair and the service charge would be applied towards the cost of the new track. Today, Igor arrived, at 9am on the dot. He also explained that vertical blind tracks usually last approx 10 years and mine were going on 20. It took him a couple of attempts, but he finally was able to pull out the broken pin. I had a replacement pin which he inserted and then attached the slat. We opened and closed the vanes to make sure the pin held, which they did. I also asked him if he could replace the curved corner valance pieces which had dried out and cracked with age - he agreed (I had the pieces, was just afraid to try it myself) and viola, my verticals looked like new. Thank you to Igor and V-lonne Window Fashions for doing a great job. When I am in the market for new window treatments, I will definitely keep them in mind.

Oded and team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We moved into our house with beautiful window treatments from V-Lonne. We wanted to keep them but it needed a little TLC. Oded and team were super helpful in identifying the exact brand and type of blinds that were installed. They even helped us track down small parts to repair broken pieces (due to renovations). Its hard to find this caliber of customer service these day. I highly recommend Oded and the V-lonne team!

Great experience at V-lonne. Customer service was good. Two great experiences, even though what I ordered was not appropriate Igor helped to make it right. Bedroom window treatments are beautiful. Also Igor was fantastic with helping me choose the best window treatment for my bay window it looks absolutely gorgeous. I told him what I liked and he picked out the best material. I live in a 200 year old Historic Victorian house so nothing is easy. I first contacted The Shade Store when they came to check out my windows I was told it CANNOT be done. I wasn’t surprised but I still had one more estimate coming the next day. I was going to cancel but my husband said just let them come. Boy am I happy I did. V-Ionne new immediately it COULD be done. I’m thrilled with the shades, the installation went as smooth as it could be. I’m overall super happy!!

I contacted V-Lonne Window Fashions earlier this year to get new shades installed on our front and back porches after having all the windows replaced. They quickly sent someone out who walked us through all the possibilities, price points, design options, etc. and at no point did we feel pressured to upsell or anything like that. The team is very responsive, quick to get back to you, very professional, and did a fantastic job keeping in touch through the measurement, planning, ordering, and eventual install. We had an issue with one of the shades (on our back door) breaking shortly after installation, and they came back right away to make it right. Overall a great experience start to finish, would definitely recommend and will be working with them again!
